Hello everyone,

We haven't heard of any issues with the BETA that was released on Friday, so build 1120 is now live for everyone! As mentioned, this build contains mouse fixes and some display fixes. Please let us know you run into any problems. Enjoy!

Hello everyone!

We have just published a new update to fix mouse and some display issues on Mac and PC to the BETA branch. We are still working on our Linux update which we hope to release soon. To get this current patch, just select the beta branch [beta_loggin_f] from the "betas" in your Steam client under the Symphony properties.

Please let us know if there are any issues with this new build!

Thank you,

Francois

Hello everyone!

We are happy to announce the latest patch, build 1101, just went live. It fixes FLAC support, and introduces controller support throughout the entire interface of the game. There are still some quirks here and there, but you should be able to play the full game only using the controller. The build also introduces command-line control of windowed/full-screen mode and fixes a few miscellaneous issues.

Unfortunately, even though our internal Linux build contains many fixes, we were not able to push it out at this time but expect to do so shortly.

We are aware of a few outstanding problems and are working to fix as many as we can, thanks for all your feedback and we hope you enjoy Symphony!

Hello everyone!

We are working on more meaningful updates for the coming months, but have just put out a patch to address some of the more oft-mentioned issues:

-Support for up to 20 drive letters (up from only 8)
-Tweaked the behavior of the infamous 4th boss
...and a few other minor fixes.

Thanks again for all your feedback, we hope you enjoy Symphony!

Hello everyone!

Thanks to your feedback and crash log e-mails, we are almost ready to publish our biggest update ever to the main branch, containing:

-Unlimited song length
-Controller support (in game only for now)
-Bug-free scanning

There IS one final issue we are having problems replicating. It's a crash when starting the game after playing a song that had a boss in it.

It may or may not be fixed, so we would love if you guys could check out the beta branch one last time (beta branch is "beta_loggin_f", see forum for details on how to get it and report crashes).

We're almost there, thanks in advance for trying out the beta and sending us your crash logs (if any!!!).

Cheers,

Francois

Hello everyone!

We're really excited to announce that we have updated the latest beta, which is by far the biggest update to Symphony ever and contains a bunch of often-requested enhancements such as:

- Unlimited song length (well, limited by the memory on your machine)
- 100% new, more stable scanning engine (caveat: will only affect new files, since old files will already be catalogued)
- A LOT of scanning crash fixes
- Beta controller support
- New, separate UI/in-game mouse sensitivity settings

Please try it out (see instructions in the pinned discussion "BETA instructions") and let us know how it works for you!

Thanks,

Matt and Francois
