Mechanically diverse roster of fighters, great sprites and animations, cool art style and soundtrack. Huge visual novel story mode if you're into that.

90's horror point-and-click adventure/fps with cutscenes that use live actors in front of a green screen w/in-game backgrounds. Old, but entertaining.

Oldschool platformers are kind of overdone, but if you're going to play just one, make it this one. Surprising amount of content.

Speaking from experience, you do not need to have watched South Park to have fun with this game, though I'm sure it helps. Stands on its own.

Decent game if you're not a Marvel fan, much more fun if you are. Tons of Marvel fanservice. Huge number of playable characters. Fun sense of humour.

Great game, dumb name. Explore caves while using various liquids and solids to interact with each other in interesting ways to solve puzzles.

Excellent Metroid-style adventure game with great 2D combat. Super Turbo Championship Edition is probably even better but I haven't tried it.

Great update of the classic NES game. Looks and sounds as good as it plays.
