This is a hotfix to address the following issues with the Halloween update. It addresses the following issues:

• Fleshpounds will now spawn in wave games
  
• Toy Master will now launch Killing Floor properly from the Steam Library if you launch the Toy Master application instead of Killing Floor
  
• Link to new DLC bundles now points to them properly (many 75% off!)

This is a required update for clients and servers. Servers will need to be updated before you will see them back in the server browser.


The Toy Master server files can now also properly be downloaded via the SteamCMD tool.

This update fixes the following issues:

• Fix for some neon weapon skins not receiving on-perk bonuses.
  
• Fix and additional checks to make sure Nitro Boost! achievement unlocks consistently.
  
• Fix for possible progression stopper in KFO-Transit on dedicated servers.

We have also fixed issues earlier today (that did not require any client or server updates) that prevented the Potato Fools Day and Trench Warfare achievements from unlocking and a case where the new un-lockable character would unlock without players having properly obtained the right achievements.

We are just about to release a required update for clients and servers that will bring Killing Floor to version 1060.
