A.J. here! First of all thanks so much to everyone giving the game a chance! It means a lot!

Second, here's a general preview of what you can expect from the next update. After some further testing, I feel that the current mechanics of the game don't provide the player with enough motivation to keep playing. To address this I am implementing a simple RPG leveling system. Every time the player performs an action, they'll receive experience points. They'll get more points for a successful action and less for a failure, but they'll earn points regardless. For every 100 points the player earns they receive an extra stat point to apply to one stat of their choice. Below is a new screenshot showing the stat menu after a level up.

The next update will not only implement this new system but also polish DOC's route with more choices and text. Expect this update to go live within the next month or so. I'll keep you posted.

The demo for Deathplane has been updated to version 0.1.1.

- Fixed some unfinished full game stuff being available in the demo.

- You can now delete your checkpoint file directly by holding SHIFT, -, or Guide on the Settings menu

Do note that checkpoint files from earlier versions can be loaded in newer versions of the game but not the other way around

• Optimise asset usage calculations (should see 10-20% speed improvement when owning lots of assets and have lots of characters working in player businesses)

• Shrink all map file sizes for compatibility

It's finally time for us to announce the precise release date for Fetish Locator S&M Studio - Season 1. And not a moment too soon.

The game will be released on Steam on November 21, which is the third Friday of this month!

As you can imagine, we're all sitting back and relaxing. Just kidding —we are going balls to the wall, making sure this final piece of the puzzle is as polished as possible. This has been a long journey since July 2023. 28 months later, and here we are. Man, where does the time go?

The final update will include plenty of spicy scenes, including sizzling one-on-one scenes and even a fun party event to cap off the story so far. We cannot wait for you to open the game on Steam for the first time and dive into the new chapter of the Fetish Locator Universe.

Lastly, the game will launch with Language support for English, Chinese, Italian, Spanish, Turkish, Portuguese, German, and French.

To recap, Fetish Locator S&M Studio - Season 1 will release on November 21, on Steam. If you haven't already, please make sure you've wishlisted the game so help us have the best launch possible.

VOIP "Open Mic" option added!
You can now hear your friends scream in real time.

Arachnophobia mode fix:
Changing the mode during gameplay now properly updates without needing to die and respawn.

Lobby mode selection fix:
The selected mode no longer resets after each action.

Crash fixes:

Fixed a crash that could occur while waiting on the end-game screen.

Fixed a crash that could occur when pressing the replay button while a teammate was speaking.

Microphone buffer reduced to 1.25 seconds.
This should fix the issue where some players heard others with a delay in the lobby.

Hardcore mode fix:
Players could previously revive each other, causing inconsistency. This has been corrected.

Speaker icon fix:
The speaker icon in the lobby no longer causes network slowdowns.

SINGLEPLAYER

Fixed the missing "boom" sound effect when picking up the missing note.
