Bugfixes

  • Fixed an exploit : if a Vampire was on a resource card (for example, a Tree) and used auto-build for another recipe while the game was paused, it would craft the recipe as well as harvest the resource card
  • Fixed a bug where the Snowstorm Event wouldn't end if the Yeti was tamed instead of killed

  • Recipes in the list view now display how many cards is owned for each recipe
  • Increased taskmaster quest durations

1. Fixed numerous typos in the Traditional Chinese version, as well as the issue where some menus and functions appeared in English.

2. Fixed the issue where non-removable equipment would be forcefully equipped after being previewed in the B-key dressing interface.

3. Fixed the error reporting issue when Jude sends the Queen away in Torres City.

4. Fixed the error reporting issue in some storylines at the Fortune Teller's shop.

5. Fixed the issue where the protagonist appears bald upon leaving the Elf storyline.

6. Fixed the error reporting issue in some parts of the Slime Queen storyline.

7. Fixed the soft-lock issue in some parts of the Imperial Bug storyline.

8. Fixed the infinite loop issue in a certain route within the Fortune Teller's shop in the Beast Kingdom epilogue.

9. Fixed the issue where the True Nine-Tailed Fox's butt plug tail would still appear during travel.

10. Fixed the issue of equipment loss in the True Ending.

11. Added a new Virgin Clear Title to the True God route.

12. Fixed the CG logic and image mismatch issue for the Empire Peeping on the Queen scene.

13. Adjusted the entry logic for the Netherworld in the True God route to provide players with more choice flexibility.

What's Working Now:

  • Full island persistence - Travel to an island, leave, return weeks later. Your colony remains exactly as you left it. Resources stockpiled, mana reserves intact, buildings standing. Only what you physically load onto your ship travels with you.

  • Ship cargo system - Different vessels, different capacities. Strategic choices about what goods matter most for your next destination.

  • Seamless transitions - The technical challenge of loading/unloading entire island states is solved.

What's Next: Two major additions: Port buildings and empire-wide foci access.

Ports will connect your islands through trade routes, allowing surplus resources to flow where they're needed most. But here's the game-changer for divine powers: each island has three foci—mystical locations that unlock spells. Soon you'll choose one primary focus per island to make that spell available across your entire empire.

Discover a powerful terraforming focus on one island? Unlock it, designate it as primary, and wield that power everywhere you go. Your spell arsenal grows with every island you explore and claim.

Space Engineers 2 - Drui

Our colleague Gerd Fankhaenel, Space Engineers 2 Design Lead, shares new details about the upcoming Colonization feature:
  • The VS2 Update will introduce the base colonization systems and the first Almagest sectors (with more to come later!)
  • Players will begin their journey as early explorers, completing engineering contracts to repair and build structures that form the foundation for future settlers
  • In these early stages of development, players can use a fast travel network of “jump lanes” between space stations to move quickly through the Almagest system - but you can also fly freely anywhere without any loading screens
  • A new map will track colonization progress, display resource distribution, and feature a fog of war to encourage exploration and discovery

Update 0.1.6 is live! This patch focuses on atmosphere, lighting, and some important quality improvements:

💡 Lighting & Shadows Overhaul

  • The first level’s lighting has been completely reworked. Unrealistic light sources were replaced with darker, dusk-like illumination for a more immersive and eerie look.

📜 Forest Cabin Document Fix

  • The document on the table inside the locked forest cabin has been moved deeper into the room, preventing it from being picked up through the window.

🐰 New Easter Egg Added

  • A hidden Easter Egg has been added to the first level. Can you find it? 👀

🎧 Ambient Sound Loop Fixed

  • Ambient background sound now loops continuously instead of stopping after one playthrough.

🔢 Combination Lock Visibility Improved

  • Lighting and indicators on the combination lock have been adjusted to ensure visibility across all graphic settings.
