Hello everyone!
This is another small patch with the following changes:
Backend changes to how we handle first launch, so the first popup only appears the first time you load a new version.
Improved consistency when saving game settings. We still need to fix DLSS support though.
Fixed the camera Y axis not inverting when the option was toggled in game settings.
Improved how camera sensitivity controls are applied in game settings.
Moved Alvina’s notes closer to the entrance to the underground dungeon to guide new players. Also set the door to the underground to be open by default.
Removed running water trigger from the prologue dungeon.
Forced the tower door in the goblin dungeon to open when Kalyskah approaches. This lets players skip the boss fight, but we didn’t find a better way to handle the event without rewriting it, so this is a palliative measure.

The gang are scrambling to recover from your recent run-in with the law, what are they going to do next?
	Skaldsong 1.4.5:
========
- Adjusted omniscient prompt to try and have characters not know all of what is on a character except what is equipped or already known.
- Fixed cases where tags would fail to parse and would output to the narrative.
- Fixed opening an already opened relationship opening a new window.
- Fixed a case where relationship modification would fail.
- Backend update.
Thank you so much for playing Fishing at the Lake Full of Cats! Its launch has gone better than we ever expected it to, but there have been a few bugs discovered that needed addressing.
Exiting the game after catching the final cat no longer locks the player out of completing the game
Removed an unintended secret 26th cat
(Dont tell them we didnt actually remove it, its just in a different spot now)
Fixed a bug that caused the player to be locked out of the ending after catching said secret unintended 26th cat
Catching the final cat disables the ability to catch any more cats
Fixed a bug where the player would occasionally lose the ability to cast after using the boat
Stay tuned for the next update where we add a few achievements as well as an official soundtrack release.

The support has reached an audience of 200 people and over 14,000 free licenses granted. For a solo developer in under 6 months this is amazing! Thank you for playing!
I have other projects that with future support may make their way to steam as well.

	Hey all!
Nextfest sure was fun! We have received a lot of great feedback from the awesome people that played our demo, and today we have an update addressing bugs, adding features, and reworking a few things to make the demo a better experience! Here are the most notable additions:
Added controller mapping. This can be accessed in the settings menu.
Map outlines now have a toggle between black, white, and fading for better visibility, especially with unexplored rooms!
Added in-game language support for Italian, Spanish, French, German, and Japanese. Due to the small nature of our team, we used the assistance of machine translation for some text (most notably accessory descriptions), so please let us know if a translated word is not entirely correct.
Standing in front of a save pond or a teleporter will now prompt the player with the input to use it.
Updated a few enemy sprites.
Reworked the balancing of the beginning section to ease the player into the game a little better.
Fixed various softlocks, including slide-kicking under a low ceiling and dashing backwards on slopes being able to rarely get you stuck in terrain (not a fun thing to happen right before a save room!)
Many other minor adjustments.
With that out of the way, the other part of the announcement involves the release date of the main game. Since we got so much valuable feedback, we made the decision to delay the game to early 2026, rather than late this year. While we could get the game out for that time, we chose to focus on making the game as best as it can be, so we hope you understand the delay.
Otherwise, thank you for playing the demo! Keep your eyes peeled for future updates! And remember; green amphibians are evil!
