Fission Maze Mental Erosion: Anxiety's damage reflection debuff has been changed to Hyperventilation
ㄴ Hyperventilation Effect: Reduces Max HP by 5% every 2 seconds
ㄴ 1 Fissive Vortex has been delivered to Special Storage for all accounts that were created before the maintenance as a compensation.
The issue where cetain weekly missions from Weekly Mission Board were not being counted in Halloween Limited Mission has been fixed
The issue where Flame Turrent does not appear after equipping Otherworldly Dragon Jade has been fixed

	The history log panel has been rebuilt so you can jump to any year and turn pages forward or backward with precision.
Improvements:
Heightmap and biome painting on huge maps now runs much smoother, eliminating the heavy stutter that used to happen after finishing a pass.
Sea routes render faster by merging their meshes to cut draw calls.
Bug fixes:
Fixed some provinces inheriting tiles from neighboring provinces after generation.
Fixed rebel wars continuously spawning new armies.
Fixed the family tree panel occasionally opening with no characters.
Fixed national borders failing to refresh after rivers were cleared.
Fixed the Translate Map command under Map Editing -> Global Commands so it now completes successfully.

	This weekend is the beginning of our 10-day Tactichord: Glam Strategy alpha playtest so to start things off on the right note I'll be doing a short livestream Saturrday night talking a little bit about the game and the playtest itself, so you have all the info you need to get the most out of the play period and maximize your chances to win one of our fabulous prizes!

	This update brings a huge improvement:
Drawing in Doodle Champs has always felt great for players using Wacom tablets, but other brands like Huion & XP-Pen felt less responsive due to their less native support. I was always unsatisfied with this difference, and I wanted the game to feel good no matter what tablet you're using - BUT NO LONGER! ✨ PatricSquid and I got to work!
Drawing should now feel silky smooth and more responsive - no matter what tablet you're using!
My pre-patch playtesters in the discord community mostly use Huion & XP-PEN tablets, and I'm so happy with how fluid and responsive drawing feels for everyone now. I hope you enjoy a smoother drawing experience! 🔥 A big thanks to PatricSquid for his work on these improvements.
