On the program: Quality of life improvements, balancing, some synergy reworks, shop tweakings and... a new custom mouse cursor 👀

Features & Content
You can now lock the content of the perk shop or the cheated dice shop.
Locking a shop ensures it will offer the same items after the next round — very useful if something catches your eye but you don’t have enough money to buy it yet.
Board upgrade rerolls (dice slots, bank slots, and lucky charms slots) now always happen in the same order. The order is randomly defined at the start of the run but remains the same throughout. This change should help prevent situations where the player looks for a specific upgrade that never appears due to bad rerolls.
10 new House Rules.
Rerolling House Rules now guarantees you will never get the same one proposed twice.
The list of House Rules is now visible in the Collection — you’ll need to win a round with each one to reveal them all.
New Charm: Water Bottle – Grants +2 coins when you win a round without any overkill.
The Customization Menu is now available in the Collection, though items can only be equipped in the full version of the game.
Balancing
Top Hat now gives +11 score per banked die with an odd value, even if there are also even-valued dice banked.
Lightbulb has been reworked: now grants +4 score per level of banked cheated dice.
Big Red combination (D6 level 2) multiplier increased from 1 to 1.5.
D8 level 3 synergy increased from “+0.5x per D8 in a straight” to “+1x per D8 in a straight”.
Magnet dice level 1 synergy reworked: now gives +0.5x multiplier per legit die banked in a combination.
Blurry dice level 2 synergy is now their level 1 synergy.
Blurry dice new level 1 synergy now gives the Full House combination (previously Magnet dice level 1).
Holo dice ability increased from “value ×2 when not in any combination” to “value ×3 when not in any combination.”
Holo dice level 2 synergy is now their level 1 synergy.
Holo dice new level 2 synergy reworked: now gives +0.5x multiplier per banked die not part of any combination.
UX
Custom mouse cursor, aka the little hand!
Can be disabled in the game options if you prefer to use the default system cursor.
Added blinking feedback on the synergy panel when a new synergy is activated or deactivated.
This is a first step toward improving synergy visibility, and I’ll keep refining it since it’s a major part of the gameplay loop.
Lucky charms with values based on counters now display their current counter value directly on their icon.
The counter at the bottom of the active combinations list when full now shows the excess multiplier instead of the number of combinations.
A “disabled” state has been added for lucky charms when their effect isn’t currently active for any reason.
A “disabled” state has been added to combinations in the active combinations list when a House Rule invalidates them.
Confirmation message added when quitting the game.
Today is a huge milestone for me. Ti give you an idea, my first commit for this game was on April 21st, 2022. 6,360 commits later and we're today 🥲
The game did not receive a massive amount of wishlists (I need to keep my day job noooo) but I'm hella' proud I released a game before we enter the age when creating a game consists solely in writing a prompt.

Localization
Added subtitles for French, Spanish, Russian, and German. Those workers are multilingual now - impressive for undead.
Gameplay
You can now finish the tutorial without placing any coffins. Freedom of choice (and death) restored.
Falling down the cliff is now 13% more educational. (Scientific fact.)
Made hard difficulty harder, so you might actually consider playing on normal.
Fixes
Fixed achievements not triggering at the right moment. Now there’s actually a reason to set down 100 coffins.
Refilled all blood springs - hydration is important, even for vampires.
Zombies no longer attempt to unionize. Management is pleased.
UI & Misc
Updated several tooltips to be slightly more useful - or at least less confusing.

There are a few changes that directly impact the scores of solutions in this update. Unfortunately this means that the leaderboards have to be reset so that players are not comparing to scores that may not be achievable. Your solutions have not been affected, and you can simply re-upload your scores by letting your solutions play out from start to finish!
Entire leaderboard resets will hopefully be quite rare, but the game is still currently under development so I cannot promise that this will be the last one.
With the influx of players competing on the leaderboard, it was clear that the logic calls category simply wasn't a fun score to optimize. There were little quirks with the system that just encouraged players to use as many hard drives as possible all with specific conditions. There were considerations to changing how the logic calls are counted, but it would add extra complexity to an already not intuitive score. So instead of changing it, the obvious solution was to replace it entirely!
The logic calls category has been replaced by "Hard Drives Used". Now, the third category ranks you based on how many hard drives your solution is built with. Just like the other categories, fewer is better! Let me know if you enjoy hunting for high scores in this new category!
Options to switch between the different pages of logic have now been added. This not super useful for the demo levels, but you can try it out in the logs tab after a solution runs more than 30 logic calls.
Fixed a bug where specific situations could cause trains to ignore a red light
Fixed a bug where the colors in the logs would be inaccurate on any page other than page 1

At TOKYO GAME SHOW 2025, we announced some big news: the Global Finals for the Virtua Fighter Open Championship are happening on March 1, 2026 at Tokyo Node Hall, Toranomon Hills Station Tower. This tournament isn’t just any event, it’ll be the highest venue ever used for a fighting game competition! We’re thrilled to bring you the ultimate VF battles in such a unique location, and the event will be streamed globally for fans everywhere. If you're interested, we’re also planning to allow spectators to attend in person, so keep an eye out for more updates.
Congrats to NERO for winning the recent “EUROPE” online qualifier and securing a spot in the Global Finals! A huge thanks, as well, to everyone who participated. There are still two qualifiers left: “Thaiger Uppercut 2025,” an offline tournament in Thailand this November, and “NORTH AMERICA #2,” both are now open for registration. Finally, we’re excited to announce that Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O. World Stage will officially launch on October 30 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam. With a new single-player "World Stage Mode," rollback netcode and crossplay support, enhanced training options, and the debut of a new playable character, Dural (as DLC), this installment is a major evolution for Virtua Fighter. We can’t wait for players around the world to dive in and experience everything the game has to offer!

AMD & NVIDIA GPUs: ON by default — enjoy full bloom, soft light, and cinematic moaning shadows.
Other GPUs: OFF by default — better FPS, fewer sacrifices to the frame-rate gods.
⚙️ Lumen & Nanite Switches – Turn them OFF anytime if your PC starts acting possessed. Less shimmer, more performance, and fewer satanic lag spikes.
🌐 Quest Language Fix – Quests in all non-English languages now work correctly. You can finally complete your dark temptations in any tongue — Latin, Russian, or otherwise.
