Message from the Developer & Future Update Plans

Hello everyone, thank you for your support of "Fallen Elf Freya". I've seen many players expressing excitement about future updates in the comments section, so I've decided to commit to long-term development and continuous updates for the game's later-stage content.

We're currently working on version 1.1. Expected features in this new version include:
1) Adding richer expressions to all interactive positions, the homepage, and the training room illustrations. This will allow Freya's expressions to change based on her mood. For example, when Freya's mood is "Depraved," she'll show a tongue-out, a black face, and other expressions.
2): Body scar variations have been added to all interactive positions, the homepage, and the training room illustrations. As Freya's HP decreases, scars and bruises will appear, with scars becoming more numerous and noticeable as her HP decreases. Using potions and bread will restore her smooth skin.
3): When Freya reaches a state of depravity, her voiceover will change accordingly. New voiceovers and dialogue will be added later to avoid hearing the same climactic soundtrack repeatedly.
4): Continuous bug fixes and UI optimizations

Because this update involves a lot of content, it will take some time to complete. Once completed, we will test the new content to ensure it's bug-free and update it on the Steam page as soon as possible. Please stay tuned for game updates.

Following the big Alien Pack release last week, this update focuses on polishing up the game. We’ve addressed a number of bugs, made balance adjustments, and added several quality-of-life improvements to keep matches running smoothly and feeling fair.

We’ve also got the “Lies Among the Stars” Community tournament kicking off today at 5pm! - huge shoutout and best of luck to everyone taking part! It’s always great seeing the community come together (and tear each other apart). We can’t wait to see the plays, the bluffs, and the betrayals unfold.

  • It was not possible to buy technologies from the HQ if you have enough money

  • Removed poison's upgrade from the HQ in level 1 of act 1

  • Started to work on a better react interface

  • Added extra wide 21:9 ratio as a resolution in the video parameter (2520x1080). Not perfect but it makes the home menu usable

• Gameplay

  • Removed the prologue

  • When choosing a slot to construct the tower, raycast to the bottom of the tower instead of its middle

  • Reduced damage of Bunker

  • During a match, increased the size of the detection boxes at the edges of the screen to move the camera

  • During a match, the cursor is contained inside the game screen in order to be easily detected to move the camera. When you open the menu, the cursor is no longer contained

  • Added a different camera speed in the settings when moving the camera with the edges of the screen

• UI

  • In the settings, the "Save" button also apply the configuration first. No need to clic on "Apply" then "Save"

  • In the settings, the camera speed can now go lower

  • In the settings, the slider to control the volume of the game has a better scale

"Hi♪ Love Elf♥" is an SD-type Ice DMG dealer who can guide her little messengers or scatter Love Blossoms for a dazzling offensive. By locking onto her flower cluster with her Ultimate, she can deploy Ever-Blooming Garden across the battlefield to complement her attacks.

During Stellar Outburst, Elysia can deploy Love's Expanse around her to provide buffs for her team. When Love's Expanse reaches its maximum level, or when she fires the maximum number of arrows with her charged Ultimate, she can gather light to perform a radiant Link Ultimate against enemies on the field.

*You can obtain the new battlesuit and her recommended equipment in the following ways:

I wanted to write an update to share my future plans for the game + a secret code for a new Halloween themed palette at the end too! (feel free to skip there if you wish!)




Heroes Against Time was always intended to be fully released as a complete game, so I don't plan to release constant updates with new content for the game.
And while there are some minor issues, like balancing which could be tuned a tad bit better for example, I'm still really happy with the state of the game overall.

That being said, I did add a bunch of small quality of life updates and fixes these last few weeks;
And.. I do want to make a big update with some final additions and improvements.
Here are my plans!

• At least two more things to buy in shops
  
• A handful of new event options
  
• Removing two relics and adding four new relics
  (Enchanted Lance and Sapling)

In addition to these, there are some things I'd like to add but I'm not entirely sure if I'd be able to...!

• Modding system to let you create your own sets

• An extra map where all sets can be encountered

In addition to that, I'm always open to small improvements and quality of life additions. I released an update with some small improvements yesterday, and I might do a few more similar updates in the future.
