Its commands focus on research, teaching and making you smile!
How will Kibot help and behave gameplaywise?
🗼 Either you will be looking to destroy your placements or to change your building, Kibot will be there to help you understand the game keys and inputs!

🐮 When new pets are found, Kibot will assist you in catching the critter and in adding it to your collection!

25,000 of you have purchased a copy of Final Outpost: Definitive Edition! We can't quite believe it. But at the same time we can, because you're the best.
Thank you to everyone for all your support over the past 5 years. After releasing an early version of this game as a free hobby project in February 2020, you guys are the reason we were able to keep working on the game and make it what it is today.
We're really proud of what we were able to achieve with FO:DE and are excited to continue building our indie studio!

Hi store owners!
I just wanted to give a quick update on where the game is at, what is currently being worked on, and where it's going from here.
Rental Store Simulator has evolved a lot since its release in February. The first major update the Storage update released in April, followed by the Food & Beverage update in September. Throughout this time, I have released many bugfixes, minor (and major) adjustments and improvements all based on your feedback. So thank you to everybody who has played so far and given their feedback, it helps a lot.
Controller support is almost here! A few final additions and it will be ready. This will also make the game playable on Steam Deck.

Additionally, a Halloween Decoration update will be releasing. This will be the introduction to the Decoration update, which will be released in parts. This will also allow for seasonal decorations and events to be released throughout the year. None of this will be paid content of course, and will continue through to the 1.0 release and onwards.
The Halloween Decoration update will include:
Full controller support
A new event store to purchase Halloween decorations for your store (located opposite)
A new store mechanic: customers will be persuaded to visit more often if more decorations are placed within the store area
Bug fixes and general improvements
And more
Once the Decoration update is finished, I will release the second roadmap featuring sneak peeks and the next set of major updates as the game progresses.
Thank you all for playing Rental Store Simulator!

I had some major issues with polishing melee combat - meanwhile I played some Diablo 2 Resurrected on console, and noticed that there's a slight pull towards enemies when using melee skills just out of range. I implemented the same and it made a world of difference. After fixing that, implementing new melee skills was quite quick!
Meanwhile itemization, producing more art & bugfixing continues. The main hub had some new developments, along with a new gunsmith.

Hello fellow cultists, occultists and related adherents. This need not be a long post; we have a single piece of news to deliver...

Indeed. Two days from now.
The free update expands Occlude with 24 enigmatic new puzzles. Six of the seven Rituals now feature ‘Cardinals’ - four twists to the original puzzle with North, East, South, and West variants. These can be unlocked by completing the Punched Card Ritual.
Each Cardinal contorts its parent Ritual's rules in fresh, unexpected ways. Your journey grows from seven puzzles to thirty-one, each demanding ingenuity and persistence in equal parts.
Discover four new Archive Documents and Objects, alongside quality-of-life improvements that enhance the entire experience of Occlude. Master the Cardinals and discover that each solution you knew was only the beginning.
