We are just over a week away from our next update, Hospital, which will bring No More Room in Hell’s fifth map, along with a large number of gameplay changes to Powerplant, Match Reconnect, and more!
Beaulieu is our fifth map, and first that takes place during the day. The map also features a layout with wards that randomly change location, making the map feel fresh and challenging match after match.
Nestled in the heart of Manhattan sits one of America’s oldest hospitals, Beaulieu. Beaulieu's proximity to millions, the hospital's size, and New York City's infrastructure made it an ideal candidate for research at the onset of the epidemic.
Beaulieu is a large multistory hospital that features a courtyard at its center. Over time renovations of different sections of the hospital have created an old meets new aesthetic.The street facing exterior and lobby all look and feel brand new, while setting foot into the courtyard feels like you’re walking into the ‘50’s.


Research at Beaulieu looked promising, and rumors of a breakthrough made their way to the CRC right before the world went dark. Responders, you’re tasked with getting into the hospital, doing what you can to secure the location, and collecting research that could be pivotal to our survival.

Powerplant is by far our largest map, and we feel that it still has a lot of potential before reaching its final form. Our level design team has put a lot of work into the map with updates including:
A couple of updates ago we made a major zombie spawn rework to every map except Powerplant. We’re excited to share that Powerplant’s new spawn rework is completed, and will ship with 0.7.0.
We’ve replaced our 3 radios to find a body scenario with a new scenario featuring bio scanners, a new objective type debuting in Beaulieu Hospital.
Updated the “fix machines” end scenario, where you now have to fix one machine instead of three.
Fast rope added to extractions inside the powerplant, to make them a bit more tense.
Update to all extractions, raising the intensity and danger during your escape.

Match reconnect is a feature that we were really hoping to ship this summer, but an unforeseen complication forced us to push it to October.
Our match reconnect feature will detect when you lose connection due to a crash and/or network issues, and place your Responder into an “invisible” state, where you’ll be impervious to damage and undetectable to zombies.
Once detected and activated, players will have a limited amount of time to get back into the game before their character is killed.
Our Hospital update will also take a surgical pass on our combat system and bring a few updates intended to make the game feel more difficult and realistic.
Zombies are going to be tougher at every difficulty level and players are going to have to choose their fights tactically, as zombies are now ready to take an additional hit.
Moving forward swinging into a crowd of zombies will cost additional stamina for each zombie hit. We see this as a change that should make the gameplay experience feel more realistic and grounded (and more difficult).
Shoves and kicks are now slower when out of stamina. and also deal less stability. We are testing combat changes to make stamina management a crucial part of the experience by limiting more player capabilities
The update will also feature a large number of bug fixes, a couple optimization passes, and more!

While the team is focused on the upcoming update, you’ll soon be able to unlock your very first achievements and start building your collection of small (or big!) victories with the “Power to the People” update.
Some achievements will come naturally as your city grows, while others might require a bit more patience and strategy.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s coming. A total of 30 achievements will be available with the update!

This is an important step for us: achievements aren’t just little medals, they’re also a way to share your progress, compare your journey with others, and show how radiant your dynasty has become.

Removed red circle as visualization of tower personal space, now it colors blocks around the tower in yellow to distinguish between terrain restrictions and tower area (if you don't like it, in the settings you can change color to red).
Some towers, such as Air Conditioner, Energetic Charger, and Reflector, can now be placed inside the areas of other towers.
Added new speed-up option for up to 12x.
Added 2 new evolutions for the Energetic Charger tower.
Disabled the sound effect of coins when speed-up is active.
When placing towers on lowlands, now they're centered.
Added a secret to the main menu...
Added option "optimize performance" to settings that will simplify graphics of enemies and disable unnecessary animations and effects during the speed-up to improve performance.

Select a weapon and send it to the special "Armory" section in your inventory. It will automatically receive 25% of the XP from the weapon you use in matches, allowing this weapon's mastery to grow while you use any other gun.
Want to play on your favorite maps? With Warface Plus, you can block any two maps in Ranked Matches and avoid playing on them. Customize your matchmaking to your liking and play where you feel comfortable!
If the matchmaking wait exceeds 3.5 minutes, you will be prompted to lift the restrictions for that specific match search.
Level up faster! Warface Plus subscribers receive boosters for Warbucks (50%), Character XP (50%), and Weapon Mastery XP (25%) earned from PvE missions and PvP battles.
Important: The boosters from Warface Plus stack with VIP Boosters and Super VIP Boosters. However, the maximum bonus to Character Experience is capped at +295%, and the bonus to Warbucks is capped at +255%.
