
Our CEO Andreas Heldt has published a blog post on the Highway Police Simulator Community Discord server today about the upcoming update to the game.
Here is the full text:
“I am writing additional post about the update because a lot of people are asking when the update is coming.
The update will have important fixes of issues you reported to us, especially such things like solved huge traffic jams and solved interrupted voice over. (and some other fixes and improvements)
But … I have a bad and a good news. The good news we finally reproduced the infinite loading screen issue!
So we are working on a solution, but this take more time than we expected to deliver this update.
That is why I am asking you to be patient again! Sorry for that, but we would like to fix this infinite loading screen issue before rollout the update.
In meantime we are also fixing other stuff and improve the game. I still can’t promise you that the game won’t have any issues, but we are working on solutions for the big issues so you could enjoy the game.
The good news is that I hope after delivering this update you can enjoy the game and see the different possibilities the game deliver. Different vehicles including helicopter, unexpected shootout on traffic stops, figering out the reasons for different accidents etc. etc.”
Our team is currently working on various improvements to the game, and we look forward to sharing more information about them soon. A few days ago, we showed our fans a significant improvement in the new version that fixes one of the most annoying bugs in the game: traffic jams.

Improved the overall quality of English translations.
Adjusted trap stats (slightly nerfed).
Mimic now gains Stealth Detection while disguised.
Fixed an issue where the Mimic could use Stealth after revealing itself.
Fixed an issue where the Knight Commander could target herb objects with skills.
Fixed an issue where environmental tiles could be placed beyond the maximum map limit.
Fixed an issue where failing the “Dungeon Construction I” quest prevented players from receiving the “Move the Demon Lord Tile” quest.
