Hey everyone, this is the second and last part of the Post Release Patch update.
The main changes in this update was adjusting the difficulty for some sections of the game that I've seen players were stuck on, as well as adding additional clarification for the mechanic of one of the enemies.
Changes and Fixes:
Fully fixed and added missing controller haptics in the main gameplay section
Adjusted the difficulty of level 3 making that level's enemies more forgiving.
Adjusted the difficulty of the mirror enemy to be a little bit easier to handle
Added an extra dialogue hint for the tutorial section of level 5
Adjusted the hitbox of the mirror enemy to be more accurate
Fixed the text width of the "FullScreen" and "Show Hud" options
This will be the final large patch fix for the game as I'm so far satisfied with the final state of the game. If there are any major game breaking bugs I'll make sure to fix them however I'll be now putting my attention into adding a final post-content update for the game. As said before this update will include more localization, Input remapping, and a custom mode which has been heavily requested feature.
Overall though I can not express how grateful I am for the amazing support and feedback you all given me, and I'm glad you all have been enjoying my game!
Hello again, some more bugs reported by the community (yes, you guys!!) have been resolved:
Added controller support in the main menu buttons;
Frogs now have a random idle timer;
Camera smooth partially removed due to some graphical glitches;
Fixed bug where the hag head (aka: flamethrower) was crashing the game.
Thanks for all the feedback and reports, more changes concerning game balancing are being made, so stay tunned!
See you later!! \\0/

Hey all, it took a little while but I have finished the achievements system for Mining Company! There are 25 achievements.
There are exploration achievements that encourage you to go deep in to parts of the mines with hand-crafted back pathways you may not have seen before. The description on each achievement gives a hint about which way to go from the mine entrance.
There are achievements for a lot of the higher-tier upgrades like the extra fuel tank, which is required to reach the boom markets. The boom market pays much higher prices when you sell all your mined minerals, so it's a high-tier way for your earnings to go exponential and make it past the later spaceship payments.
There are achievements for mining each asteroid, and one for killing 10 spiders. And also achievements for making it past certain spaceship payment milestones, the key part of the game.
There are also a couple goofy fun ones like skydive from orbit, and get eaten by the giant sand worm. Stuff you just have to do at least once.
Thank you all for your interest in Mining Company, it really means a lot. I've tried my best to make the achievements fun to get and doable for single player (with good strategy). If any of the achievements malfunction or are way too difficult, just let me know and I can adjust it.
Enjoy!
