Hello! I've been preparing this update to show the new Lobby so hope you like it! And of course a lot of fixes and changes too.
------------------------------------------- CHANGES -------------------------------------------
Balance enemies, damage, and health, especially at the beginning of the game.
Balancing enemy spawns so that higher-level enemies cannot appear and it is unfair due to the difference in stats. The enemy level starts at 0 and, unless modified by a tile effect, this value will only increase as you progress through the map, increasing the enemy pool and therefore the difficulty.
Changes in how selections work. chests, shops, leveling up,twilights. Previously, it was a fixed value that only changed with Tile effects. This could be a bit inconsistent, so to place greater emphasis on risk reward, the number of selections will be modified by the size of the map.
Fix hover enemies pause unpause. When the player hovers an enemy the combat continues that makes it hard to follow. Now when an enemy is hover the combat pauses.
Fix some description texts.
Standard magic ability stamina points changed from 3 to 2.
Input actions bug fixed. On Change scene to back to the lobby the inputs crash and throw errors, now when the scene is changed it clear all input events first.
Item IDs bug fixed. There where some items without IDs, now all the Items have an ID and another ID for the specific lists that help to check items in the code.
------------------------------------------- NEW -------------------------------------------
New lobby sprites room implemented.
New menu where the player can check all items from the game. Try and Unlock all :).
Now the actions info from the Lobby room have texts to remark what button is neccesary and if it is hold or press action.
Change background combat to be more clear when enemies sprites are too darker and was difficult to see at combat.
Added new feedback form at start. A google form where you can send feedback about what do you think. It helps a lot!
Little animation on Menu that follow the mouse in a radius, I think it gives a cool 3D effect :)
Again thanks all for play the Playtest, it helps a lot to know what you think about the actual state of game.
The game is still in an early version but I will keep updating and adding content so hope you keep playing it.

Due to time constraints, the priority was delayed — thank you for your understanding.
All standing CGs created between 2022 and early 2023 have been replaced.
Iruka’s standing CG has been replaced.
Hari’s standing CG has been replaced.

Option to toggle sound ON/OFF when the game is running in the background has been added.
A new “Back Jump” function has been added to the backlog.
→ Clicking it will return you directly to the scene where that line/description appeared.
Thank you for your patience.
HELP and control key guide have been added.
when you compare the removed CGs or the toned-down violent scenes, there’s really not much difference. That’s because from the very beginning I designed them loosely, so they could be adjusted at any time.
This whole project goes through my hands, and nothing has ever been changed or altered due to outside pressure.
The reason I originally developed the game with an R18 rating was both to test how far my expressions could go, where the limits would be, and at the same time to avoid feeling stressed while creating it.
That test came to an end as I finished the third route, and I decided there was no longer any need to stay within the R18 rating.
Thank you very much.
1. Optimize game experience
2. Introduce new slot machine gameplay
Adventurers,
A new update has now been pushed to the Beta branch. Originally the plan was going to push all these updates to beta and move the beta to live but there were some minor localization issues that need to be verified first so these smaller updates are including them.
For the full patch notes, check them out here Patch Notes :: The Adventurers General Discussions
Balance Updates
Maximum Dodge %
Durability Amount increases
Lowered percentage of stun chance from enemies on all difficulties but Expert
Summons can now be healed
UI updates
Additional Bug Fixes
This patch is primarily composed of suggestions from the community in posts, and on the main forums so thanks to all who have called out suggestions. This patch won't live long on the beta branch though so expect these changes to go live very soon.
There are several additional gameplay and visual enhancements up next before focusing on the big content updates for this patch but please keep the suggestions coming in and thanks again for your patience.

Roll Out!
In today's blog, we would like to show you another glimpse from the upcoming Iceland map expansion for Euro Truck Simulator 2. This time, we are showcasing a selection of some beautiful churches you will be able to come across in the Land of Fire and Ice!

Starting off with the Hallgrímskirkja in the capital city of Reykjavík, built in the 20th century. This church has a lot of superlatives. Its tower is 73 metres tall, the largest in the country, and it is also home to Iceland's largest organ. While you won't be able to see it up close, it is an unmistakable part of the Reykjavík skyline.

On the island's northern coast, you can also find some remarkable churches. One is Akureyrarkirkja, a Lutheran church in the city of Akureyri, set on the shore of the Eyjafjörður fjord and framed by mountains. Another is Blönduóskirkja, a striking example of modern architecture in the small town of Blönduós.

From Akureyri, head east to the shores of Lake Mývatn and the town of Reykjahlíð. Here stands the Reykjahlíðarkirkja, a church with a fascinating history. During the 1729 Krafla eruption, lava destroyed much of the town, but the wooden church was spared when the flow split and passed just metres from its walls. It has been rebuilt twice since.

On Iceland's eastern coast lies the small but striking Seyðisfjarðarkirkja. One of the country's most recognisable landmarks, its distinctive colour and design have made it a favourite among visitors, especially since the street leading up to it was painted in rainbow colours.

Travelling south, you'll find Víkurkirkja, perched on a hillside above Vík. Its red roof and white walls stand out sharply against the dark volcanic landscape, making it one of the most photographed spots on Iceland's South Coast.

On the banks of the Ölfusá River, in the town of Selfoss, stands Selfosskirkja. Built and later expanded in the second half of the 20th century, it's worth a visit for its striking tower alone.
Some more churches await discovery, though their surroundings are still in early stages of development, so we took the screenshots of two of them in a placeholder location. Ísafjarðarkirkja, built in 1995, is an Art Nouveau Lutheran church in the city of Ísafjörður. Húsavíkurkirkja, a wooden church built in the early 20th century in the town of Húsavík, features beautiful craftsmanship and architecture that radiate a classic Nordic charm.

That's all for today! If we got you excited about this map expansion, don't forget to support us by adding the Iceland DLC to your Steam wishlist.
