Now the story progress will be smoother! In this update, we have fixed several bugs that caused some players to lose progress or get stuck on a storyline mission. Additionally, you can look forward to numerous improvements to the online mode and space travel!
Fixed the reward of freeing Helioctus not triggering always.
Fixed some situations where the darkness walker would not take damage in the static phase.
Fixed a crash related to transferring ship batteries from secondary cargo tabs.
Fixed items getting damaged more then they should have been when the player died.
Fixed some situations in which the main quest line would get locked with Nexus related tasks after returning from there.
Fixed a crash occurring when returning to a system with mined asteroids.
Fixed the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S save locks blocking the saving of the game altogether.
Added two game launch parameters for Steam: Vulkan and DX12 to force the game to start on that respective graphics API.
Fixed the removal of the prison holding Helioctus not always happening for a connected client.
Fixed the inability of players to fix some broken ships in space when connected to a session.
Fixed an issue preventing online clients to move and disassemble the appliances they placed.
Fixed an issue locking the quick-wheel radial menu from showing up if a client would get disconnected when it was active.
Fixed some occasions when the client’s state would not get saved when getting disconnected from a server.
Fixed: The appliances on the Mobile Light Strike ship were not visible for online clients.
Joining a session right from the first tutorial screen it will skip the tutorial.
Fixed some situations in which online clients could not repair their first ship.
Fixed a naming error in the Fighter class ship components.
Normalized ship lasers volume (we had reports they were louder then other sounds).
Fixed some occasions in which a player’s ship would run off in the distance after leaving the driving seat.
Fixed the ship HP getting reset and hindering structure repairs after loading the game.
Ships will no longer take structure damage through their shields.
Completely repaired ships now instead of a Repair button have a Reset one in the ship editor. This button reset the design/appearance of the ship to the default. This is mostly for players who got their damaged ships registered as “designs”.
