New testers got an invite from FirstLook with a playtest schedule and instructions. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it!)
Existing testers will not get a new invite, your Discord role should now show a Backer badge. Not yet? Log into FirstLook.gg and synch.
World Collection Update: You can now find and bond every creature in each zone — a total of 513 to collect. The new Vault UI helps you keep track of your progress
Vault Update: No longer locks. You can summon and recall creatures at any time
Wild Creature Scaling: Wild creature levels now scale based on the first pet in the host’s party. Defaults to the minimum level range if no pets are summoned
Zone Selection: Added to the Start Screen – choose which zone you'd like to explore at the beginning
Collector and Healer are now combined into Mystic
Runaway and Breeder are merged into simply Runaway
Merchant and Veteran become Noble
Each class now has two model variants and more utility
(Don’t worry—any previous class/model save is preserved, and characters also receive the bonus from the newly combined class. For example, if you had a Collector before, your character now retains the Collector bonus plus the Healer bonus)
New Feature: Added a Save File Delete Panel (Main Menu -> Options)
Egg Hat Mechanic: Hatched creatures now keep their egg hat until level 15, when they evolve to the next stage
Start Portal: Players now load into the map through a randomly placed start portal with a heal action
Lots of World Generation tweaks: roads, varying floor heights, etc.
Warden, Town, and Start location are now randomly placed on the map
Chat Update: Added explicit language filter
UI Overhaul: Most of the UI has been updated with a new dark cute theme. Some elements are still being finalized
New Achievement: Universal Collector – Bond with every Mystling at every stage, across every type
New Achievement: Adventure is Out There – Explore ten different zones in a single play session

Do remember to leave your feedback for the game, in this first round I am looking to know generalities of the game feel and pace, the game doesn't have a tutorial so I am also expecting to see some questions regarding progression around here. And if you really want to be a GOAT please answer this form as that would give me a better understanding of how the game is perceived.

As my ongoing commitment into making this game as best as we can we regularly play through this game and work on fixing annoying bugs as well as adding improvements.
Here is the list of improvements.
1. Special gun and binoculars now findable in later levels 2. Some items were key items but cluttered up the common items area. This has been fixed. 3. Certain bosses were quite weak when powered up. Still working on this but some of these are now done. Expect more to be improved later. This is true mainly for the side quests. 4. Saving Amelia's boyfriend side quest would not disappear after completed. It now does! 5. Some items were free! This has been fixed. Sakura would never give you something free! 6. Divine cat blessing fixed (to not ruin the game for people not that far I won't say more!) 7. Cats appearing before rescued bug is now fixed. (again not turning this into a spoiler!) 8. Tucker's text had some typos these are fixed now

Kiborg is now officially Steam Deck Verified! To achieve this milestone, we’ve significantly improved the Steam Deck interface and enhanced text readability throughout the game.
🐞 Major Bug Fix
Fixed a critical bug that caused the game to crash when pressing "Play Game." Enjoy a smoother experience!
⚡ Balance Changes
Blur
Secondary stats now provide more speed: 5% → 10%
Fire damage bonus from attack chain increased: 0.1% → 0.3%
Slow motion from Blur Spine reduced: 40/50/60/70% → 20/25/30/40%
Attack chain duration bonus from major synergy increased: +1s → +3s
Fenrir
Altars now count all deaths in the zone.
Gunslinger
Knives from the left hand now travel farther, no longer getting stuck mid-air, and reliably fly toward walls.
Source
Source implants now grant stronger bonuses when combined with other implants.
Increased ally damage.
Implant base bonus to ally level increased: 1 → 2.
Thundergod
Thunderstorm Attractor augmentation now summons lightning instead of just buffing it.
Free Spark now has a new effect: Restores 10% of battery after killing an enemy.
Remedium
Removed health bonus from Remedium secondary stats.
Right Hand poison buildup from attacks increased: 10 → 40
Left Hand poison buildup from blocking increased: 20 → 40
Dev Comment: Remedium was too tanky without meaningful early-game damage options. These changes provide more offensive tools earlier in the game.
Guardian
Removed the outdated part of the minor synergy: “You receive positive status effects of your allies, while allies receive yours.”
New major synergy effect: Each shield increases melee damage by 1%. This bonus increases by 1% per shield.
Dev Comment: These changes remove outdated effects and introduce much-needed late-game damage scaling for the set.
Sovereign
Swapped the effects of the minor and major synergies.
Greetings, gods! I've made a few updates to the roadmap. The biggest change: the June update has been pushed back to August. This is due to some personal matters and a heavy workload on another project.
The good news is that the August update will be beefier. It will include the long-awaited compendium and a bit of extra content on top. Thanks for your support!
