A new patch has arrived, and this one’s all about fine-tuning the balance of Kingdoms Deck. I’ve reading your feedback: some of you love the chill vibe of Standard mode, while others crave a tougher challenge. To give everyone what they want, I’ve unlocked Conqueror mode from the start, now it’s up to you to decide if you’re ready to take it on! I’ve also worked on other balance tweaks to make the game feel just right.
Game Balance
Castle Range: The castle now attacks from a greater distance. Armorer & Blacksmith Buffs: I’ve adjusted the buffs from the Armorer and Blacksmith. Standard Mode Nights: Nighttime in Standard mode is now slightly tougher. Event Rewards: Several events have had their rewards rebalanced for fairer payouts. Builder Speed: The Builder now constructs a bit faster. Islenor Enemies: Enemy balance in Islenor has been improved. Crow of Shadows: This enemy now has less health, making fighting him more manageable.
Optimization
DirectX 11 Priority: The game now prioritizes DirectX 11 to maximize compatibility and performance across all graphics cards.

We have fixed a lot of issues that have been reported by our players. Namely, single player disconnects in the menu, which was happening due to a silly little guy we named Frederick. That bug has been sent on his way, and we're back in business.
Bugs Squashed: • Fixed that annoying bug where the dollar icon would disappear when buying a house • Fixed the money display in the top right of the HUD • Fixed the display of rent collected • Steam clothing items now are NOT destroyed when equipped

This patch fixes an AI bug that could cause the AI to freeze in the long scenario when road congestion is in effect and another bug in the long scenario that did not enforce bringing reinforcements onto the map in sequence as dictated by the printed rules.
Small update to address a design issue I've had with cosmetics. Basically due to cosmetics sporting no advantage to the player's progression, they are often completely ignored with currency better spent elsewhere on upgrades and stat levelling.
So now I've made it so cosmetics are bought with a new separate currency which is acquired based on your performance and carries over to other playthroughs.
Patch Notes:
Added the Cosmedal (Cosmetic Medal) system which makes all cosmetics purchasable with a different, unique currency. Cosmedals are acquired after completing levels with bonus ones earned by earning medals.
Cosmedals and all cosmetics are saved on a save file outside of the 3 game save files.
Added cosmedals as a visible currency in vendors.
Changed all the prices of cosmetics to better suit the cosmedal currency.
All cosmetic variables are saved as global variables due to being trans-playthrough.
Reshuffled the positions of some cosmetics in shops to be ascending in price.
Fixed a bug where Market was not selling a new head cosmetic after Easoar Quarry.
Cosmetics found in levels will turn into money pickups on sequential playthroughs.

Tech tree reset is now available!
There are conditions to resetting the club office tech tree and will be blocked until they are met. The following conditions to reset club office tech tree:
Can only have 1 or less homegrown star players in squad
Squad size must be 30 players or under
Daily deals
Visit the store each day to find new deals on tokens, card decks, shields, and more!
Broadcast building ads on Desktop
The broadcast building is now up and running again on desktop. Ads will now be viewable in-game and will not have a cooldown. Note that on desktop there is less ad inventory, so it's still handy to have the game on your phone if you want to get more views each day.
3D matches now hidden by default
3D match view controls have been disabled by default for new users signing up to the game. To enable, go to settings > debug > enable 3d match view controls. This is to make it even more obvious this is a work-in-progress, and to provide a more professional experience across the board for new users.
