Inner Struggle - Scytoth
Greetings, everyone!

Believe it or not, it’s been exactly one year since Sophie’s struggle first began. Time really does fly, huh? Weeks turned into months, and now a whole year has passed... yet she’s still fighting to break free.

I want to extend my deepest thanks to all of you who stepped in to face the challenge alongside Sophie, in hopes of a brighter tomorrow. And although I’ve been silent over the past few months, I promise it’s been for a good reason!

I've been working hard on a major content update for Inner Struggle for quite some time now. This update will not only expand the game, but also introduce new ways of playing it. It’s expected to launch next week, but for now, here’s a sneak peek at a new enemy you’ll be facing soon!

Hiraeth Playtest - ☵ HIRAETH™
Hello especially to new testers, of which there have been a lot lately

Version 5.5 was groundbreaking, I added many new features, but unfortunately there were some errors, including critical ones. I also watch many new videos that have been created recently, read comments and lead an intensive discussion on the game's Discord and gradually introduce changes.

What's in the upcoming version 5.5.1 Hotfix?

First of all, eliminating a new error that appeared in 5.5 "Maximum number of UObjects".
I located the problem and removed the cause, although testing the fix will be the goal of the test in 5.5.1 because I am not able to check everything, in every situation myself. Even if it appears again, it will be the last time, because I changed the system and there is a small chance that it is still possible - if anything, we will quickly get rid of it.

Cause: Suboptimal (although recommended in UE5) use of system communication in Drag and Drop. As you can see, the solution in a dynamically loaded world did not work, I used another faster and safer one.

Symptoms: general system overflow causing various symptoms from game freezing, Drag and Drop blocking, voice messages not being deleted and others - general error.
General Drag and Drop Improvement
The delays that appear after an action should disappear, in many places for sure. Although the system is common to all of DnD, it is possible that I have missed something - in that case, please report in what situation there are still any delays or suspensions.

The Drag and Drop system in Hiraeth has only been in place since March, and will undergo many more changes and improvements.
Easier replacement of batteries, air bottles and the like
In the new version, you won't have to drag the battery to [UNPLUG HERE], just move it to the backpack and put the new one on, and maybe dragging the new one will replace the old one. I'm working on that right now.
Some new stuff
I'm focusing on fixing what's already there, but there will also be new stuff that was either ready or didn't require much work:
Weapon Maintenance & dirt and wear system
There will be a Weapon Maintenance seed where you can clean and repair weapons. There's a new cleaning item, and I'll also use existing ones that haven't even been used before.

In addition, a procedural system for getting weapons dirty and deteriorating their condition, strongly linked to the current weather.
SMART LOYALTY RECYCLER
There will be another type with the possibility of recycling all scrap: metal, cloth, rubber, etc.
Blueprints
New ones will appear, and I have simplified the system of downloading them. New ones are permanently saved in the PDA memory, when you find another one like it, the preview will indicate that you already have it without having to check.
When?

I've been working hard on this fix since the release of 5.5. It's impossible to predict everything, but I think it'll be days rather than weeks.

I have listed only the most important changes, the list will certainly be longer. It will appear in the announcement after the patch is released.

Hey everyone! I'm back with a fresh coat of paint.
While I've been away studying, I found some spare moments to revisit Craft & Conquer. I've been working on reimagining the game—shifting it more toward an idle game experience than before.

My goal this time around is to make the base game rock-solid, with no major issues like lost saves or random mishaps. It should be a stable, polished foundation for everything that comes next. I hope xD I will be working on New Updates more often from now on! Get excited!

There's now a beta branch available if you would like to give it a try, it includes the following changes:

Main Client
  • Cleaned up a small memory leak

Protector II
  • Now correctly unlocks the last level
  • Now allows switching to hardcore mode as it should

Cardian
  • Fixed card display when revealing in the booster shop

My Pet Protector

  • Fixed minor display issues during certain work sequences

Achievements!

Achievements are now enabled.
Because of the method of wrapping the flash games, it's a slightly awkward system, you may find that achievements don't award at the right times sometimes. They'll likely award when you return to the main screen, the menu, or flip between screens. This is a result of the nature of the flash games and their achievement trackers
I've enabled only a few for now; there will be more to come soon. It's a long process to add them for each game.

Because of the method of handling achievements I'm cautious that it could cause issues, so I would really appreciate it if you could give it a try and let me know if it works for you in the comments. If there's no issues in the next couple of days I'll push it live.
