■ Known Issues
- Issue where all Team formation settings have been removed with the exception of the Arena Team.
- Issue where the tutorial is occasionally shown again when entering the Clan War.

- Issue where after testing skills through the Codex, the came occasionally crashes when you change move to another screen.
- Issue where if a monster dies while Tristan still has an extra turn left, it is not possible to proceed to the next battle.

■ Issues Fixed after the 04/30 Temporary Maintenance

- Issue when entering another battle after going through the ‘Sell All’ screen from the Repeat Battle result screen, the new battle’s result screen displays the rewards from the previous battle.

- Issue when using the ‘Sell Items’ function in the Equipment Dungeon, it is not possible to stop Repeat Battles in some dungeons.
- Issue where the game freezes when trying to ‘Sell Item” in dungeons without equipment as rewards (ex. Power Up Dungeon).
* In order to investigate this issue, a data patch took place at 06:20 (UTC), and the ‘Sell Items’ function in the [Equipment Dungeon] will be turned OFF until the issue is fixed.

- Issue where the hero’s Combat Power if displayed doubled in Clan War.
- Issue where the equipment preset information changes to preset 1 when running Repeat Battles.

- Issue where the ‘Hall of Conquerors’ ranks are not ordered by the highest number of Hearts destroyed.
- Issue when challenging the ‘Hall of Conquerors’ again with the same team formation, if the record fails to update, the record will be replaced by the results of the second battle.

Yi Xian: The Cultivation Card Game - Gamirror Games
The "Resonance Cup" tournament event will be opened during the May 1st to 5th. Participate in the event for a chance to win Resonance Cup Dao Seals, "Ascending to Heaven Road" card back, and Spirit Stones.

Resonance Cup:
·Time: May 1st to 5th, daily from 18:00 to 23:59 (UTC+8, matchmaking will be open during this period; if the tournament entrance is not visible on the homepage, please relogin).

·Registration: This tournament is hosted by the Yixian Realm, with a registration fee of 100 Spirit Stones. Each player can register up to 3 times. (Registration closes 1 hour before the end; uncompleted matches after the deadline will result in a refund of the registration fee.)

·Schedule: After each registration, players must participate in 3 preliminary matches. Those who qualify will advance to 1 final match. Breaks are allowed between matches; continuous play is not required.

·Preliminary Games: 8 randomly matched players compete, earning points based on ranking: 1st place (100 pts), 2nd place (90 pts), 3rd place (80 pts), with subsequent ranks decreasing accordingly. If multiple players are eliminated in the same round, the average rank points are awarded. After 3 preliminary matches, players with a total of 200+ points qualify for the finals.

·Finals: 8 finalists will be randomly matched, and the ranking will be determined in a single game. (If multiple players are eliminated in the same round, those with higher preliminary scores will get better ranking)

·Rewards:
Completing the finals grants the "Path to Heaven" card back (duplicates convert to 500 Spirit Stones).
Top 3 finalists receive:
- 1st Place: Resonance Cup Champion Dao Seal+ 2000 Spirit Stones
- 2nd Place: Resonance Cup Runner-up Dao Seal + 1000 Spirit Stones
- 3rd Place: Resonance Cup Third Place Dao Seal + 500 Spirit Stones

Seals are permanent. Duplicate seals of the same rank will display the number of times obtained (e.g., "Resonance Cup Champion ×2").


Optimizations and Bug Fixes (Update at 14:00 UTC+8 today):

·Fixed an issue where Nether Void Canine would retain the Fusion Style mark after transforming a marked card into a normal attack.

·When multiple Dark Star Bats are used, the priority effect has been changed from "later use overrides earlier use" to "the highest level takes precedence."

·Added an option to retract the scroll after battle preparation. Retracting the scroll allows swiping left/right to view your or others' battle scenes.

·Fixed incorrect information in some master-apprentice emails.

·Fixed spectator mode issues in the referee's view.

·Optimized performance of legend battle scene.
Once Human - Once Human
Dear Metas,

Since the Version 1.5.1 update, we have closely monitored server performance issues and implemented multiple optimizations. Our technical analysis has shown that, during certain events in scenarios with the Lunar Oracle tag, high player density and frequent Deviant spawns can cause a sudden spike in server load, impacting the network stability of other scenario servers.

To tackle this, we are making a targeted adjustment to the Deviant invasion events in Lunar Oracle scenarios, as follows: During a Deviant invasion event, if there are more than 30 players within a 120-meter radius (not all players may be visible due to performance limitations), the Deviant invasion will be temporarily paused to reduce server load. This adjustment will be implemented in an upcoming update, and we will monitor its impact to make further changes as needed.

At the same time, we will continue optimizing the server architecture to improve stability and enhance your experience. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we make these changes.

We’re just slipping through in time for an April edition of ‘Below Deck’. What a month it has been! We ran our second public playtest and it has been amazing to see so many players truly enjoying our pre-alpha build. In this newsletter we’ll share a few cool insights and content from the playtest, and give you an idea of what’s next for Davy Jones’ Deckhand.

The Geek Cupboard


Penge from The Geek Cupboard was an gentleman and shared his first playthrough with his massive following. We were especially excited to read comments like:

We were super impressed by how fast DeepSpaceMatt “clicked” with our game’s unique counter-attack/stance mechanics.


Dead3y3

Dead3y3 was back for his second (and third) live stream of the game, having taken part in our first playtest in January. It was awesome to see his response to what was a massive improvement on the earlier version.


Gameplay insights and analytics

We put together a detailed overview after the first week of playtesting which you can read on our itch devlog.

We had a total of 30 unique playtesters check it out, and saw some impressive mean playtimes, some brutal crab kills, and revealing stats about favorite cards and artefacts!



What’s next?

Our next few sprints are focused around new merchant encounters, which will offer players the opportunity to purchase cards and artefacts mid-voyage. This will give players more agency over their build, and help them to mitigate RNG by providing a greater and more curated selection of loot. Eventually players will also be able to access a workshop which will let them remove and upgrade cards, and to customise their stances by adding counter-attack modifiers like “PIERCING” and “STEADY”, and moving the NATURAL tag to a different stance card in their deck.



Tep has been developing a layout for the new merchant encounters.

We’ve also started working on new status effects, new artefacts, and new enemy systems that will allow for more varied and interesting enemy moves. There will be a lot to look forward to in our playtest 3.0!
