We’ve just rolled out a new hotfix to address a few important issues and improve gameplay consistency:

  • âś… Vehicle weight now properly synced in multiplayer
    Clients can now drive trucks and heavy vehicles correctly without desync issues.

  • âś… “No Rust & Always Polished” setting fixed
    This option now correctly keeps vehicles looking pristine when set to Infinite.

  • âś… “Wheels Never Wear Out” setting fixed
    Wheels now maintain their condition properly when set to Infinite.

  • âś… “Disable Zombie Spawns” option fixed
    This setting now reliably prevents zombies from spawning as intended.

  • âś… Difficulty preset now correctly updates sliders
    When switching difficulty presets, the corresponding sliders now update properly.

Gameplay
  • New effects when entering critical state
  • Critical state now accelerates for each time it is entered, going from 10 seconds to 5 seconds over 5 Critical states.
  • Any level up will now save you from Critical State with 1 HP

  • When hit the healthbar will now blink
  • Objectives display at the bottom of the screen when paused and when starting gameplay
  • Barrels no longer float over empty space unless hit
  • Barrels which are hit now decay properly instead of indefinite bouncing
  • Track markers and Track completions now have an audible effect
  • Track completion now blinks the track marker
  • Enemies should now be far less likely to get caught on the player and dragged

Total Conflict: Resistance - Thunder


  • AI in tactical battles has been improved (behavior algorithms have been improved, enemy infantry now occupies houses and other buildings for further defense).
  • Landing of troops from cars and armored vehicles has been improved.
  • Added a few more houses to the total destructibility system.
  • Fixed a bug due to which squads could not fire upon spawning, for a certain time (now only at the beginning of the battle there is a temporary ban on firing for infantry and armored vehicles).
  • Added a link to the game's Discord channel to the main menu.
  • Fixed errors in AI on the global map (declaration of war, etc.).
  • Fixed a bug due to which the game could freeze during certain events.

Note that the screen refresh settings have been reset to 30 fps after the game update. You can set the required values in the game settings: Options -> Display -> FPS Amount.
