New Monthly Community Event – Pantheon Pin-Up

[h4]Coming May 1st![/h4]


Today we’re announcing a year-long Community Event for Age of Mythology: Retold! We’ve assembled a host of challenges for players to take on, with every point earned for objectives completed counting towards the rewards!

Objectives will vary in difficulty; from completing any kind of match to proving mastery on the battlefield with challenging timed feats.

Everyone will need to work together to earn the rewards, with monthly score targets in place to unlock cosmetic rewards. Can you play your part in reaching the final goal and unlocking a new god portrait?

Any contribution towards the total goal makes you eligible to earn all the rewards unlocked by the community each month. So you just have to show up and play a part!

Track the community’s progress in the Community Event tab in-game. There you’ll see the community score, goals and objectives.

Play each month to ensure you don’t miss any rewards!

The event will begin May 1st, with 4 new rewards up for grabs. Each month has a chosen theme, which the Community works towards unlocking during the previous month. May was focused on unlocking our Summer-themed picture of Ra - but Poseidon managed to muscle Ra out of the way! We’ll post on social channels each month about the new rewards and goals so be sure you’re following Age of Mythology.

• Join in with the community and help to achieve the monthly goal!
  
• Participate by completing objectives each week to maximize your personal contribution to the Community Goal progress.
  
• Each month there will be 4 rewards to achieve as a community. The first reward is collected by participating at least once during the month. The rest are achieved by community total contribution.
  
• Participants can claim their rewards during the month following a community event.
  
• The Major Reward for completing the full community goal each month will be a new Major God Portrait.
  
• The first event will begin on May 1st!

We’re excited to announce that in June we’ll be releasing a DLC for Seer’s Gambit. Seer’s Gambit: Dawn of Unlikely Heroes which will add two new unique characters to the game.

The manic Candlemage, wielding the power of fire and explosions.

The candlemage spreads fire and mayhem with all his attacks and abilities and if specced for it his fire will persist for a while damaging enemies moving through them.



The stoic Good Knight taps into the mighty forces of Day and Night to slay foes and bolster allies.

Toggling between Day and Night stance the Good Knight empowers and heals his allies while dishing out deadly damage to those that stand against him.



To celebrate the release we’ll also add a brand new hero which will be completely free for everyone with the base game.

Say hello to the elegant Shroomherder, a mysterious tactician who commands an army of shrooms all eager to do the bidding of their musty mistress. Build into poison or root and unleash nature’s sporific powers on your enemies.

The day has finally come, allow us to officially announce that Realpolitiks 3: Earth and Beyond leaves Early Access today and launches as a full game, being 20% off at launch.

First of all, we'd like to start with a huge "thank you" to every single one of you for taking part in the Early Access journey, whether it was by purchasing the game, participating in the Open Beta, writing a review here on Steam or simply sharing your comments on the forums. It is you, our community, that helped us get through and shape the game.

Now to the full launch itself. The game features a whole host of new content and updates for its 1.0 launch today. These include:

• A new "Climate War" scenario, in which the world faces a wave of climate disasters, eventually leading to a new type of wars to emerge, with countries fighting for basic resources and survival.
  
• Finalized Leadership mechanic, letting players develop their Head of State and other members of the cabinet as they gain experience.
  
• Various quality of life features, improvements and bugfixes based on community feedback, including the Timeline review, in which players can see how successful their reign has been, new combat balancing and changes to trade functionality, among others.
  
• Localization to German, Spanish, French, Polish, Simplified Chinese and Russian languages.
  
• Option to utilise the cash reserves to purchase the main resources at market prices.
