I played my first full test game last week and – after some bug fixing, code revision and refactoring – will tackle designing and implementing a clean, transparent and enjoyable ladder experience.
It has been my design philosophy for Gemwielders that a game offering deep and interesting gameplay does not need distracting and complicated reward systems to engage players. I want to create an easy to read and understand ladder that let's you compare your skill to other players around the world and take note of your improvement in skill. Q. What kind of service is the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Partner Creator Plus Program?
A. The Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Partner Creator Plus Program is a creator support program that offers benefits to both content creators and players, helping everyone grow together.
Creators who produce content for the game will be rewarded, while they, in turn, contribute to the growth of both themselves and the community through high-quality content. Players will also have the opportunity to express their gratitude and support for the creators, creating a positive cycle of mutual growth.
Q. What are the requirements to become a creator?
A. The Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Partner Creator Plus program is open to creators who are 20 years or older, have at least 500 YouTube subscribers, and have completed the prerequisite missions.
A. Your creator application may have been rejected due to incorrect information or failure to meet the eligibility requirements.
If you were not selected this time, we encourage you to try again in the next season’s recruitment!
Q. Can I apply using a platform other than YouTube?

Q. What is a Creator ID?
A. A Creator ID is a unique identifier that links creators and supporters. Supporters can enter a Creator ID to initiate support, and a portion of their in-game purchases will accumulate as points for the creator. * The accumulated points may vary depending on the payment method and platform.
Q. How can I check my Creator ID?
A. Your Creator ID can be found on the Creator homepage and under your creator name in [My Page - Content Creator].
Q. Can I change my Creator ID?
A. Since the Creator ID is a unique identifier, it cannot be changed. Please be careful when setting it up for the first time.
Q. How can I promote my activity as a creator?
A. Registered Partner Creators can utilize the [Creator Promotion Board] on the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad official forum and Discord. High-quality content may also be featured on the official website’s recommended content page.
Q. Are there any platform restrictions for creator activities?
A. While maintaining a YouTube channel is mandatory, you are not limited in broadcasting on other platforms (e.g. Twitch).
Q. Are there any precautions to consider when creating videos? [Updated on April, 12:25 AM (PT)]
A. Certain BGM soundtracks and sound effects in Game of Thrones: Kingsroad may be copyrighted, which could lead to copyright issues. We recommend against the use of background music and sound effects when streaming or creating videos.
Additionally, using third-party programs that are not officially provided by the developer during gameplay for video creation may result in penalties.

Q. What are the criteria for each Creator rank?
A. The criteria for each Creator rank are as follows.

Q. What are the benefits of each Creator rank?
A. Partner Creators in Game of Thrones: Kingsroad earn a percentage of supporter contributions based on their rank.

Q. How can I rank up as a creator?
A. Creator ranks are automatically reviewed and updated every hour. Once a new rank is assigned, the corresponding point accumulation rate (%) will also be updated.

Q. What are the requirements for earning Partner Points?
A. The amount eligible for Partner Point accumulation depends on the platform on which the supporter makes a purchase. - PC Platform (Netmarble Launcher): 100% of the purchase amount - Steam/Mobile Platforms: 50% of the purchase amount The final accumulation rate is determined based on the Creator’s rank, and Partner Points are then distributed in proportion to the purchase amount. * The purchase amount is based on USD. The country-specific (currency-based) Partner Point payment criteria will be adjusted accordingly at the time of payment.

Q. What do I have to know about the payment process? What are the required documents?

For content creators residing outside of Korea, payment will be made in USD. A foreign currency account is required to receive the payment in USD.
If the payment is in USD, the payment amount will be converted according to the average basic rate of exchange published by commercial banks in Korea during the season in which the payment request has been made.
Content creators residing outside of Korea may be obligated to pay taxes imposed by their country of residence on earnings paid by Netmarble. Please consult a tax advisor.
5️⃣ Account Management
Q. Why has my creator status been revoked?
A. Creator status may be revoked if violations according to the Netmarble Partner Creator Plus Policy & Compliance Guidelines. Violations include, but are not limited to, sharing or posting obscene or vulgar content, linking to explicit websites, etc. For more details, please review the Netmarble Partner Creator Plus Policy & Compliance Guidelines.
If your creator contract is terminated, any unredeemed Partner Points will be immediately forfeited, and you will no longer be able to check your status or request rewards. If you wish to appeal, please contact Netmarble Customer Support.
Q. Can I change my linked creator channel?
A. Currently, only YouTube channels can be linked. We will provide further updates if additional platforms become available in the future.
Q. I want to stop being a creator.
A. If you wish to stop your creator activities, please submit a 1:1 inquiry through Netmarble Customer Support to request withdrawal. You will be notified of the completion status through the customer support response.
Q. Can I rejoin after stopping my creator activities?
A. You may rejoin unless you were forcibly removed due to violations of the Partner Creator Plus Policy or other reasons. To rejoin, you must go through a new application process.
Q. Will my creator status be revoked if I delete my game account?
A. If you registered with a Netmarble ID and then deleted it, your creator status will also be revoked and you will no longer be able to use any services. If you only delete your in-game account (without deleting your Netmarble ID), you can continue creator activities, but certain Partner Creator benefits may no longer be available.

A. There is no limit to the number of games you can apply for as a Partner Creator. However, you cannot create multiple creator accounts for the same game.

Q. How do I support a creator?
A. If you’d like to support a Game of Thrones: Kingsroad creator, you can do so through the [Support Now] link on the Game of Thrones: Kingsroad Partner Creator Plus page.
Enter the creator’s ID to begin your support. If you want to see more creators for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad, you can discover a variety of them through [Recommended Content] or [Creator Promotion Page].
Q. How do I find a creator’s ID?
A. Search for the creator on the [Creator Ranking] page. A content creator’s ID will be displayed below their name. You can also check the creator ID on each creator’s homepage.
2️⃣ How to Use Coupons
Q. How can I check the coupons I received from a creator?
A. You can view your coupons through [My Page (Supporter)] - [Received Benefits] - [History of Received Coupons].
Q. Are there any restrictions upon using coupons provided by creators?
A. Coupons from the same season can only be used once per account. If you received coupons for the same mission from multiple creators, you can only use one of the coupons. For example: If you receive a Season 1 Mission Coupon from both Creator A and Creator B, you can only use one of the two coupons. (Duplicate use is not allowed) Also, please be aware that expired coupons cannot be used. Be sure to check the expiration date and use them before they expire!
3️⃣ Partner Points
Q. How can I check my support history?
A. You can view your support history through [My Page (Supporter)] - [Past Support History].
Q. What happens to the Partner Points if I cancel a purchase?
A. If you cancel a purchase, the Partner Points from that transaction earned by the creator will also be canceled.
Q. What is the support limit?
A. There is no specific support limit during a season. Supporter activities can continue throughout the entire season. Once a season ends, Partner Points can no longer be earned, and points will not accumulate until the beginning of the next season.
Q. I made a payment without selecting a creator. Is there a way to get the points back?
A. If you didn’t enter a creator ID, there is no way to identify the creator you intended to support, so Partner Points will not be distributed. Partner Points are distributed starting from the moment you register your support by entering a creator ID. Partner Points will not be credited for payments made prior to registering a creator.
4️⃣ Creator Management
Q. How do I cancel my support to a creator?
A. If you no longer wish to support a creator, you can stop supporting them through [My Page (Supporter)] - [My Support List] under the list of creators you support for each game. You can stop supporting a creator by selecting [Discontinue Support] below their name.
Q. How can I change the creator I’m supporting?
A. You can only support one creator per game. If you wish to support a different creator, you must first cancel your current support. After canceling your current support, you can register the new creator’s ID by selecting the [Support] button on the creator’s page (from the Ranking page or creator’s homepage). You can also manage this through [My Page (Supporter)] - [My Support List] and remove the current creator before registering a new one. * Please note you can only discontinue creator support once a day, which is reset at 4 PM (PT) daily.

Q. I think a creator has violated the Content Creator Policy. How can I report this?
A. In accordance with Netmarble’s Creator Plus Policy, inappropriate behavior during broadcasts and content creation is strictly prohibited. Creators found violating this policy may be suspended. If you notice any inappropriate behavior in a creator’s content, please submit a 1:1 inquiry through our customer support center. When submitting your inquiry, please include the URL of the content in question along with screenshots of the issue so that it can be reviewed internally.
[Creator Policy Violations]1. Sharing or posting obscene or inappropriate content, linking to obscene sites, sending or spreading words, sounds, writing, pictures, photos or videos that cause humiliation, disgust, or fear to others. 2. Engaging in, imitating, inducing or promoting illegal speculative activities or practices. 3. Posting, distributing, collecting, or storing other people’s personal information without consent. 4. Infringing on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights. 5. Using another creator’s account or providing a creator account to others to repeatedly participate in Netmarble’s Partner Creator Plus events, claim rewards, or similar activities. 6. Employees of the company (including affiliated companies) and their immediate family members (including spouses) using their own or others’ accounts to act as Netmarble Partner Creators. 7. Engaging in behaviors that harm the emotional development of minors (e.g. excessive profanity, inappropriate clothing or remarks, etc.) or exposing content related to harmful substances or sites. 8. Discriminatory or derogatory behaviors based on disability, region, religion, race, gender, etc. 9. Requesting others to progress in the game on your behalf (game boosting) or using another’s account to play the game. 10. Using unauthorized programs or applications to play the game. 11. Distributing restricted or private information. 12. Engaging in any behavior that violates applicable laws or goes against public morals and social norms.
All reported content will be carefully investigated, so please be mindful that it may take some time to analyze a reported case.

During the 1.43a we let you know that Legion Token Books (Basic/Premium) would no longer unintendedly grant already obtained rewards while distributing newly achieved rewards, and that Legion Tokens from the Legion Token Books that were incorrectly sent out would be retrieved.
Since the announcement and until now we've been conducting the process to retrieve said incorrectly distributed rewards.
However, the process to recover rewards from completing a collection after purchasing a skin or purchasing a questbook is being delayed and will be carried out during our 1.43.1 maintenance on Thursday, March 27th! Additionally, rewards for unclaimed Legion Token Books (Basic/Premium) will be redistributed via the mailbox during the same patch.
We deeply apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by this, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Amatsuki Mahjong will undergo server maintenance on March 25 (Tue) from 05:00 to 12:00 (UTC+8) to implement new game content, system adjustments, and bug fixes.
During this time, the game will be temporarily unavailable. Additionally, matchmaking will be disabled one hour before maintenance begins until the update is complete.
