AirMech - CarbonJames
Rolling out a build with various fixes and some in-progress improvements to the Units Loadouts management. The ultimate goal is to allow you to have more than 4 loadouts and be able to pick the ones you want at the start of a match. With Custom maps seeing more playtime, the last thing you want is to not have the right units for the map or gamemode you are about to play. This will also lead to being able to pick your AirMech during pregame (for the same reasons).

Changes:

  • Loadouts can be renamed
  • Loadouts can be dragged by the number to a different row
  • Added X to easily remove heads/flair/pets
  • Fixed AirMech select menu choices when you don't own all the AirMechs
  • Fixed display of Units when using RB menu with gamepad

About Sephiria

Sephiria is an action roguelite where you play as a rabbit on a quest to save a tower facing impending doom. Grow stronger in various ways through inventory placement. Fight as a powerful warrior using weapons, sweep through enemies with powerful magic, or overcome challenges with the power of artifacts.


Sephiria Early Access includes the following content:
- 150+ different artifacts
- 3 types of weapons, each with dozens of unique upgrades
- 4 stages and multiple bosses
- Various random events
- Online multiplayer for up to 4 players

Our team is taking on the challenge of developing a multiplayer system for the first time in Sephiria. While we've consistently tested the game through internal testing and closed beta, we acknowledge that gameplay might be somewhat unstable due to this being our first development and the constantly changing game situations. We will do our best to stabilize the game so that many gamers can enjoy it without inconvenience.

Through this Early Access launch, we want to communicate closely with you and hear various opinions about different aspects of the game. We also plan to improve the game and provide new content through active patches after the Early Access launch! We will announce a detailed roadmap in the future!



Our Second Launch

It's already been 7 years since we released our first work, Dungreed. Although we had to abandon several projects we were developing along the way, those processes seem to have become valuable experiences for us. While it's not time to be sentimental with the launch approaching, we remember the days we've worked hard from offline exhibitions to Next Fest and demos. It would have been impossible without your support.

・Fixed an issue where the Metal Slayer adjustments made on March 12, 2025 (Wednesday) were unintentionally applied to Slayer Bit units. With this fix, the Slayer Bit's performance has been adjusted in line with the balance changes made to Metal Slayer..

・Fixed an issue where the balance adjustments for Metal Slayer GOLD, implemented on March 12, 2025, were not applied.

・Fixed an issue where certain robots displayed unintended models when using the garage or other features while their invisibility effect was active.

・Fixed an issue in Sylphy where using Derivative after chaining a combo from Sylphy BD to Aimuru caused unintended behavior.

This update is aimed at improving first impressions of the game; preventing overly-challenging experiences from occurring early on, and adding 'Quality of Life' updates along with some other bug fixes.

  • Added early game balancing in Normal mode:
    - Clamp level sizes until surviving over 3 days
    - Hostile encounters increase progressively until max spawn rate at 10 days survived

  • Improve application 'Fullscreen' behaviour at launch
  • Prevent player 'favorite food' from matching non-food items in the items dictionary
  • Fix crash when using 'GAME CONTROLLER' item on an NPC
  • Fix ammo not properly depleting when shooting NPCs with a gun

This is a small patch with improvements based on your feedback, in which we paid attention to the optimization of the game, made fixes and improvements to the inventory, crafting system, weapon modifications. Also in the game were improved caves and added levels, and now they can be explored by going deeper and deeper. Also added dead zone settings for gamepad sticks.

I'm working on all your comments. Thanks for all your feedback. This update resolves the crash issue with the AI ​​tool for removing backgrounds. A "tutorial" section is included in the main menu for new users. Cache options have been added to the configuration section so animations load faster when they have many or very large animations, as well as options for clearing static memory.

PENDING: The code is already updated to be able to move animations to secondary monitors without having to press the button. BUT it hasn't been tested yet since I'm away and don't have a testing area. I'll run the relevant tests in two days, so please be patient.

The code for adding more than one animation is already being tested and optimized to provide the best user experience. I still need to run quality tests, so if all goes well, the update will be uploaded tomorrow.
