TBAS Study Pro - Bitanian
Changes
In the previous update I had re-added auto-switching for controller inputs allowing players to control TBAS Study Pro "out of the box" (without needing to fiddle with the rebinding menu), allowing Unity to automatically switch "active" input to be whatever controller was sending signals to the computer. However, I was contacted about an issue from multiple users where certain controllers would provide a continuous input to Unity (e.g. stick drift) regardless of user intent, thereby interfering with alternative/intentional user input. This frustrated users, and I don't want users to have to play the "deduction-game" on what controller is interfering with their intended input the first time they boot up the program. Because of this, I have removed input auto-switching again, but this time the UI in the Aircraft Tracking test has been rearranged to more specifically guide users to explicitly assign controllers to tests/rebind inputs if they haven't yet done so. It's not a perfect solution, but it's the best I can come up with given the contraints that the Unity game engine provides.

Greetings, children of the night,

Another patch, another wave of bugs crushed beneath my heel. Only a few stubborn ones remain, but they are battle-hardened pests. I shall summon reinforcements to finish them off. Do not worry—it shall be done.

We've also improved some instructions and quality-of-life features for our beloved customers. After all, a well-run Blood Bar is in everyone's best interest—mostly mine, but still.

Now, listen well: unless something urgent breaks, my mortal developers will rest until March 24th. After that, they return to work, and we shall plan a major update. Among the changes? A new level, requested by none other than Andrea Reyes—a most generous patron who spends without counting. His investments are, of course, great for my business.

Since we are preparing a big update, I welcome your suggestions. The best way to share them? Our Discord forum. There, you can whisper your ideas directly to the minions who build the game.

Now, here is what this patch brings:

Fixed:
  • Deleting a table with empty drinks no longer confuses the Minions.
  • Destroying doors now properly removes the outline when pressing Escape.
  • The victory panel now scales correctly with your screen resolution.
  • Furniture shop buttons and the scrollbar now scale properly.
  • Modified inputs should load right away, not just when opening the options menu.
  • Better performance in construction mode—your Blood Bar should run smoother.
  • Awareness display animations now play even when the game is paused.
  • Quests requiring a percentage of Awareness now actually use a percentage (instead of random numbers).
  • Modifying your bar layout no longer randomly removes walls or furniture.
  • Fixed some dialogues where the wrong character spoke—how dare they?
  • Morgue bodies will no longer spawn inside walls when emptied.
  • Humans in cells now sober up when taken out—though their problems are far from over.
  • Fixed some quests where furniture already placed wasn’t counted.
  • Changing the bar layout now correctly updates table slots.
  • Loading from a save now displays the correct values in the Furniture Manager.
  • The finance panel now works properly on ultrawide screens.
  • Biker and Disco themes now correctly show their colors in the style percentage panel.
  • The industrial hand dryer no longer floats mysteriously.
  • The pirate bar’s end piece no longer blocks workers.

Changed:
  • The Prestige UI now says "MAX" when you reach the highest level.
  • Alert icons are now easier to see.
  • Some main quests have been rebalanced. Be grateful.
  • New construction help menu to guide you.
  • Low stock alerts now show a percentage of your total stock.
  • Some NavMesh colliders have been adjusted—movement should feel better.

Added:
  • Input helper when placing furniture—so you don’t mess up.
  • Placement outlines now change color based on whether placement is valid or not.
  • Human type information has been added. Their flavor remains unchanged.

Why wait for a perfect utopia when you can create one NOW? (Or, you know… when patch v2.49 goes out.) On March 14 Pacific Time slightly before the Season begins, we’re introducing a range of new mutators that’ll allow you to make your own weird and wonderful experiences in Exhibition Mode and Private Matches.

⁠Want the madness of multiple soccar balls? Go for it. Fancy dialing down the ball gravity? Sure thing. Score points for each demolition? Let the explosions begin. Here’s the full list of all the new mutators!
  • Jumps: Take to the skies by increasing the number of jumps you can do at once! Do a double-jump, triple-jump, octuple-jump… Or, turn jumps off entirely and keep the competition ground level.
  • Number of Balls: Why have just one soccar ball when you could have six? Choose between having one, two, four, or six balls in play.
  • Ball Gravity: Alter the ball's gravitational pull and let the mayhem ensue. Options include low, high, super, and good ol’ fashioned default.
  • Dodge Timer: Change the time allowed between dodges. Dial things up to unlimited and avoid ANY obstacle!
  • Possession Score: Shake up the game by allowing players to score points just for staying in control of the ball.
  • Demolish Score: Bring on the destruction! Allow players to score up to three points for each demolition.
  • Normal Goal Score: Go for the goal like never before. Increase the points earned for each successful shot in the back of the net!
  • Aerial Goal Score: Look out below! Increase how much you can score for each successful airborne shot.
  • Assist Score: Teamwork is the key to victory. Allow players to earn up to three points for each assist.
  • Enforce Territories: Get back on your side! This mutator enables the Split Shot wall, dividing teams across each half of the field. Players will be demolished if they touch the ground on the opponents' side.

Voice Reporting in Rocket League
Being a good sport never goes out of fashion. We’re expanding player reporting in Rocket League to include voice reporting in v2.49. If you play Fortnite, you may be familiar with this feature.

⁠Voice reporting means in addition to being able to block, mute, and report other players, you will be able to submit audio evidence when reporting suspected violations of our Community Rules. This will help us take action against players using voice chat to bully, harass, discriminate, or engage in other inappropriate behavior. Learn more about voice reporting in our FAQ.

New World: Aeternum Update 1.3.0.0 downtime will begin at 11:00 p.m. PT (7:00 a.m. UTC) on March 10th and last approximately 1.5 hours. The latest update brings a host of improvements to combat, seasonal events, and the overall player experience. Here are some of the most notable changes adventurers can look forward to:
Combat Enhancements
  • Fire Staff: The Incinerate ability now properly displays visual effects.
  • Void Gauntlet: The Harvester’s Retribution effect from the Conqueror’s perk no longer lasts indefinitely.
  • Dodge Mechanics: Fixed an issue that prevented magic weapon light attacks from firing when canceling from a dodge.
  • War Boards: Resolved a bug where war boards could appear blank during an invasion or war.
  • Consumables: The Cleansing Elixir buff now correctly disappears after leaving Outpost Rush.
Seasonal & Economy Fixes
  • Players can now lock items dropped from the Siege of Sulfur Spoils Boxes.
  • The Mystery Box from the Seasonal World Bonus chapter is now accessible on non-seasonal worlds.
  • Adjusted Season Pass tasks to ensure they can only be completed in seasonal worlds.
Expeditions & World Adjustments
  • Expedition VFX improvements ensure boss effects remain visible, even with lower GFX settings.
  • The PUG Finder for Normal Expeditions now only gates entry based on level, rather than Gear Score, preventing players from artificially lowering their GS.
UX & Performance Improvements
  • UI Stability: Fixed an issue where all UI elements could disappear when reconnecting to the game after leaving Outpost Rush.
  • Audio Settings: Added a slider to adjust the Target Lock sound effect volume.
  • Trading Post Filtering: Items now properly filter down as intended.
  • Collision Fixes: Resolved unintended collision issues in PvE raids and expeditions, which had been disrupting quest progression.

Combat/AI
Weapons
  • Hatchet: Fixed an issue that allowed players to activate Berserk without playing its animation.
  • Heartgems :Fixed an issue where some effects of primal fury could get applied indefinitely.
Game Modes
  • War: Fixed an issue where players could climb into war camps.

Perks
Balance Changes:
  • We have some backend functionality that reduces the attacker's block stamina damage dealt for 0.5s after taking a hit. Previously the value was a 25% reduction, but we have changed that to be 13% reduction.

The Wall Artifact — Chromatic Ward Perk:
  • Reduced elemental base damage reduction from 25% to 13%.
  • Reduced the power of the Refreshing ward perk on older named items that were at 625 GS or lower.
  • Reduced the base damage reduction while grit is active for the 350 CON Attribute Threshold from 10% to 7%.
  • Added a 1s cooldown timer to the Tower Shield functionality of the One With the Shield passive for the Sword and Shield.
  • Changed the tower shield portion of the final countdown portion of defender's resolve to be a fortify instead of base damage reduction.
  • Added a 15s cooldown to the sturdy energy perk increased the cooldown of the stamina recovery perk to 60s.
General
  • Fixed a potential client crash when selecting healing targets via Raid Hud.
  • Fixed an issue where ranged attacks would often miss crawling Ancient Guardians when using Target Lock.

  • Fixed an issue that was causing the two new artifacts, Fracture and Otzi, to use the wrong floating attachments. They should now display the correct floating accessory when equipped by a player.
