Hey everyone! It's cool to see that some people actually bought the game! I honestly wasn't expecting that, thank you all! This definitely motivated me to make the game the best it can be.
It has come to my attention that there are a number of bugs in the game. These will be terminated ASAP.
Also, music. I'm making music. It's taking a long time, but I want it to be good. But due to the lack of any music at all, I'll probably release it soon, even if it's not completely how I'd like it for the final version.
I've already completed the following, and they will be included in the next update:
Fixed where you can jump off of the lobby interactable
Added names to the mouths and eyes
Fixed friendly colliders bug in casual player controller
Fixed missile trail being slightly too big
Implemented debug mode
Colored the account choices depending on what player number is choosing
Made camera stay centered in lobby
Fixed default eyes blinking animation
Animated shopkeepers a bit
Here is the immediate roadmap:

Make it to where you can pause in the game-end screen (in case a controller disconnects, and you’re stuck.)

The Executive - Movie Industry Tycoon - Thomas Goblinz
Dear Movie Executives, Thanks again to everyone who submitted bug reports on our Discord and shared their logs and saves with us. It helped us tremendously.
Here is today’s patch content:
Bug Fixes
Bug with proposed release date: In some rare occasions, players were able to select a release date before the end of the post production, which would leave the movie in a non released state forever. The issue has been fixed
Bug with Self Marketing sometimes corrupting the game: The issue was due to an overflow error corrupting the game and saves made after the error occurred. The issues has been fixed
Experimental corrupted save fix: We’ve implemented a fix to repair saves corrupted by the bug mentioned above. Please note that the movie which triggered the corruption will not earn any revenue. If the repair is successful, pressing play will display all the box office screens in a row for the movies that were affected by the corruption.
Balancing
Tweeked the shiny premium 3rd party distributors config. It should be more obvious now that they are the best choice.
PS: The endless mode still needs a bit more cooking but rest assured that we are committed to deliver it to you as soon as possible Thank you again for your patience and your support, while we work hard to give you the great experience you deserve playing The Executive.

Developer's Note:
I apologize for the lack of communication. I've been hard at work creating new monsters and bosses over the past few months. Additionally, I’ve started working on Level 4, which will be revealed in an upcoming trailer. Please look forward to it!
As a bonus, I’ve included the concept art for the MC’s new design at the end of these patch notes. Hope you like it!
Streamer Cerius Lawliet attempted this demo during one of his streams. Through his and other playtester's greeaet feedback these changes have been added in version 0.3.1.1!
- Added offset to spawning bullets in the General Goodboy boss battle to increase fairness during these attacks. - Increased bullet speeds for General Goodboy's ranged attacks due to new offset rules. - Decreased size of spike colliders so it will no longer seem as if the player didn't get hit by them. - Moved one of the holes before arriving to General Goodboy so it will no longer look like the player gets hit to the right but will now get stuck in the right hole. - Changing some sprites to the correct layer to prevent false overlapping. - Door will now stay permanently open after beating a boss once. - Improved Spawn and Death animation for slimes. Animation Colors now match the slime colors. - Changed pausing to the Escape button instead of an ingame button.
CHANGES GENERAL GOODBOY PHASE 3
- Removed General Goodboy's hat in phase 3 due to unexpected physics behaviour. - Increased the firerate from 1 bullet per 1 second to 1 bullet per 0.8 seconds for the blue attack. - Decreased the firerate from 1 bullet per 1 second to 1 bullet per 1.3 seconds for the purple attack. - Decreased the speed from 14 to 12 for the red attack.
We bet you weren't expecting this were you? Well, your benevolent devs have returned to sprinkle TAGLINE with some much needed love and care. A big thanks to all of our friends on our discord server for sharing feedback and bringing issues to our attention. Now let's dive in and see what's on the agenda!
Let's begin with our fixes and polish:
Fixed an issue with unlocking Black Book achievements (Let us know if this persists).
Polished our Nav mesh, this should help with enemies getting stuck or confused!
Fixed visual glitches when restarting Terminal Quests (along with other UI polish).
Corrected whatever spelling mistakes we could find.
And now for some fun stuff:
Added Haptic Feedback for controller players, along with respective settings.
Added Custom Cursors to the game, how neat!
Several new doodles and posters have been added - Variety is the spice of life!
Added some set dressing and black lines to areas which were lacking.
We've noticed incompatibilities with Apple operating systems and will be looking into this. Our gratitude is endless for everyone who has played and left a review for TAGLINE! Please leave a review on steam if you haven't already and keep the fan art, high scores, and feedback coming!
