A very minor fix in 1.7.2 accidentally introduced an error where the Title Screen wouldn't initially be in correct language if you switched it and Settings button on Title Screen wouldn't work until you toggled language. Reverted to resolve this issue.

I had tried previously to update the game better working state and fix all of the issues it had. I took one week unpaid holiday from my day job to work on the game (finally to be sick almost whole that week).
Past few weeks I've been working on the game daily. Finally the progress I had made with the legacy code was already getting unmaintainable. It was getting almost impossible to make changes without break anything.
Finally I dedicated to make an new empty project and one by one bring on the scripts and fixing them. removed about 40-50% of the legacy code.
This took me weeks. Fixed hundreds if not thousand lines of code and close to hundred of prefabs..
The project is now finally at the stage, that the game is starting to be playable again and I can improve easily areas that needs improvement.
I had huge plan to get newer version this week with playable demo. Unfortunately the amount of work was just too much and I overestimated the time it took to get into the stage it is currently.
Good news?
At current stage of the project, I can finally say that the v.1.0 will be out this year! (in few months? who knows)
List of upcoming features: - Full controller support (including menu) - Upgraded graphics + game feel - Real Co-op mode (play with your friends against the A.I, up to 4 players splitscreen) - More enemy types - Gameplay modes (deathmatch, co-op, last man standing etc) - Basic single player campaign. - Nuclear explosion! - New 2d Light system
I cannot promise any hard deadlines for the release but everything looks promising. I am trying hard to get next update on the next few month or so!
