First of all, we deeply apologize for the confusion regarding the release schedule of Backroom Company. We have confirmed that some channels mistakenly listed the official release date as December 25th.

Our development team has been pouring all our passion and effort into improving the game’s quality, and we sincerely apologize for the delay in updating the information due to this focus. The official release date is now expected to be in the first half of 2025.

after a few... less than stellar website breaking bugs... (shout out to john steam for fixing the buy button) its up! this is my first ever game published to please report any bug you find on the community board and ill try and check back as often as I can.

Ill also be working on a new game in January so ill be updating this game until that point!

What I'm doing now is increasing the number of EDs.
At the beginning of development, I was planning to have 3 EDs in total.
However, when I looked at the playing of the people who are playing the game
I thought it would end too soon, so I increased the number to 7 or 8.
We have increased the number of EDs to 7 or 8.
Now we have 6 in the works.

We are also planning to add one more character.
I'm working on that one right now, with the standing picture and the first event already implemented and the plot ready.

We will need a little more time for development.

After some tinkering we managed to increase the FPS by 20 to 30 frames!

We ran the updated game on a laptop with these specs:
-Nvidia GeForce GTX 970M
-8 GB ram
-Windows 8 with Intel core of 2.7 GHz

All settings on high (not epic) and it ran very smoothly.

• A bug that made the settings sliders pop right back to the standard settings by itself has been resoved.
  
• We have optimized some of the textures.
  
• Lots of foliage has 4 different levels of detail.
  
• Some little changes here and there!
