I’m excited to share the latest update for Virtual Interactive Fireplace. Here’s what’s new in Version 1.4.1:
Bug Fixes and Performance Tweaks: Smoothed out a bunch of little issues to make everything run better.
New Fire Timer: Added a fire timer! It’ll come in handy for some cool features I’m working on for future updates.
Sound Effects for the Model Train: If you’ve got the Christmas Decor DLC, you’ll now hear some fun, immersive sounds from the little train circling your hearth!
Also, we just reached an incredible milestone: 45,000 users! Your support and feedback mean the world to me. I couldn’t have done it without you. As a solo developer, I’m truly grateful for each and every one of you who has downloaded the game, shared it, or purchased the DLCs.

Hopefully fixed the camera bug, fixed 2 achievements, made saving/loading less stinky for you. Hoorah! Hoorah (also a buncha other stuff, such as parrying via dashing only for parryable boss projectiles.)
I'm happy to announce that the newest version of Nemithia is now live, after a long development process.
I want to also apologize for the delays in getting this update out. I had a lot of personal issues during the last year and ended up not being able to proceed with the development as I had hoped to. Hopefully, the next updates won't take as long to come out!

Menu Overhaul Fight menu: Changed from buttons with text to icons Pause Menu: Added icons to the options in the Pause Menu
Stat growth popup
Remade the Victory screen to show the character's exp gain/level up separately and then show the item drops earned from the fight;
Remade the Defeat screen to be separate from the Victory Screen to better highlight a defeat.

Fight music Fixed fight music speeding up whenever a party member is below 25% and make it trigger only when the party's average hp is below 25%
Chapter 1 Remake The 1st chapter of the story has been remade to include more lore about the world, the tale of Arthur Runescar, and more.
Team + Character + Item menu overhaul
Party now shows as orange-colored characters in the Team Menu
The team menu now shows characters on both pages
The item menu was changed to a tabbed window that filters items by category
Character summary now shows tabs for:
Character info + stats
Grimoire and Spells
Equipment
Element mastery
Improvements to load times Slight improvement to the load times by optimizing the code to generate sprites based on the character's equipment.
Crops respawn time Crops respawn timer has been set to 30 minutes of real-world time.
Intro Added Story Intro and tutorial so the player can learn more about the world and the story
New Character Sprites Remade all character sprites in a new style
Minigame adjustments
Less time for boulder breaking minigame
Less time for dodge the rocks game
Give some money back at the end of the game
Give some item rewards depending on the game
Possible rewards:
Collectibles
Items to raise a certain stat
Fight System adjustments Performance improvements to the fighting system
Interior Lighting Added lights to the interior of houses, shops, etc.
Mobs in overworld Mobs will now spawn in the overworld instead of being random encounters, some will also run towards the player.
New Health and Mana icons Added new HP and MP icons for fights to highlight better what the bars represent
Skip dialogue button Added a button to skip dialogue, currently mapped to Backspace on the keyboard.
Day/Night Cycle improvements Changed the Day/Night cycle so that 1 real-world hour equals 1 day in the game

Teleport after fight in dungeon After any fight in a dungeon, the player was sent to an out-of-bounds location in the dungeon map
Arcade machines not allowing replay Arcade machines were not allowing replay
Spells not launching Spells like Lightning Bomb would appear on top of the character and not launch at its target
MP in fights Fixed MP(Magic Points) not being drained on spell usage
Fix for Waystone message Fixed the message that shows up whenever the player interacts with a Waystone
Crops Collision Detection Sometimes when trying to pickup a crop(example: carrots) it wouldn't detect the collision properly
Fix for input icons Fixed the icons that show the inputs for determined actions for the current controller/keyboard
As usual if anyone wants to report a bug or give feedback on the game, feel free to do so via the following methods:
Fixed the 'Season 1' terrain problems that occurred during the last release
Changed the way the airplane's automatic pitch trim works. Now the trim will adjust as the player adds stick inputs (nose up/down). I think this is very intuitive and works better than the previous manual approach.
Changed the player death "Respawn" button to "Restart Map". This was done to better align with the recent changes that limit how many times the player can respawn.

NEW DH-001 BIKE
The DH-OO1 is our first Downhill bike with state-of-the-art specifications. Ultra-light composite fiber frame, 210mm travel rear suspension, 200mm+ diameter disc brakes, and featherweight 18kg for the entire bike make it the perfect weapon for the most challenging descents you'll find. It will be available in 4 colors: Yellow, White, Acid Colourful and Grey.
NEW TRACK - MADLINE DH
Get ready to go wild on the new MADLINE! An extreme downhill track that will leave you breathless: dizzying jumps, mistake-free drops and breathtaking turns await you. MADLINE is our first track created for real enthusiasts and to give you a taste of where we can go with TrackDayR. Will you dare to set the best time in TimeAttack while also doing some bacflip or frontflip during the run?
NEW EXTRA CLOTH ADD-ON (EXPERIMENTAL)
This new addition, although entirely experimental, will allow you to externally import all kinds of objects and place them on the pilot skeleton thanks to the tool that will be released soon. In addition, the shader that will allow its wind and dirt effects will also be released. We look forward to seeing what our modders community will be able to do!
