[New stage has appeared!] Chapter 8-2 Lit Tactical Palace has been implemented. “The guardian's blessing will continue to protect you in the dark palace. However, you must face the fear that the blessing has driven away for the last time.”
You can play this stage for free until Chapter 8-3 is implemented. (The DLC will go on sale when Chapter 8-3 is implemented.)
As you can see when you play it, this stage has a crazy amount of new systems implemented. There are so many new things that even the developers don't really understand this stage. That said, we developed this stage with a lot of room to spare, so the balance is more stable than in previous stages to a certain extent.
However, the programmer was running out of steam towards the end of the implementation, so there are some noticeable errors in the positioning and program bugs in the final adjustments. We plan to fix these in the next few days.
[Regarding future work plans] We plan to intermittently implement bugs and unimplemented effects over the next few days. Then, next week, we plan to make QoL improvements as an “interim update”.
As a result of the player vote on Discord, the interim update this time will be “a function that allows you to see a list of items acquired with the Tab key” and “a change in the reward for defeating the Unique Enemy in 7-1”.
After that, Chapter 8-3 will be implemented, and at that time, the DLC will be sold. (At the time of the DLC sale, 8-1 and 8-2 will no longer be available for free.) In addition, the Chapter 8 DLC can be received for free by those who have purchased the main package for a fee. (A system to notify you of this will be introduced in the interim update.) The DLC for Chapter 8-3 is scheduled for December 31, but considering the trend so far, there is a very high possibility that it will be released in late January.
After Chapter 8-3 is implemented, we plan to implement QoL improvements and other changes as an interim update, and then implement Chapter 8-4.

Greetings Sheriffs, We’ve just released a new Major Hotfix to enhance your gaming experience and address some of the feedback we’ve received from our amazing community. Below is a detailed list of the improvements and fixes included in this update:
Improvements:
Starting Area: First of all, we completely redesigned our Starting Area, reducing its size and making it more functional. And now you can also try out the grenades and turrets available in the game in the Shooting Range! (Even our Priest standing in the church is shocked by this situation and looks like he won't be able to speak for a while.) Level Select: We've completely removed the 3D map table and replaced it with a more informative and easy to understand UI. Tutorial: We've updated our Tutorial screens with a new start area. We've tried to make it more understandable for everyone with less text and more icons. Sitting Mode: In Pause Menu you can now adjust the Belt's height, left and right, and forward and backward. UI Improvements & Changes
Removed extra health indicators on weapons. And the icons for church and player lives have been changed to make them easier to distinguish.
When you deal damage to an Enemy, a grey bar now appears on their health bar.
The quality of the money labels in the game has been improved. and now our money appears on every table in the Wave Shop.
Pause Menu, the win and die screen now has "Return to Base and "Level Select" options.
The time you spend on the level is now visible on the Wave Board.
There is now a Master Setting in the Pause Menu.
Fixed the range of increased stat values in the Upgrade Table.
Grenades: The throwing power has been increased to make it easier to throw. Bosses
The footsteps of the Boss on the first map are no longer global. It has been made easier to understand where it comes from.
We reduced the effects of the boss in the first map to improve performance.
The attacks of the Boss on the second map have been improved.
Weapons in Shop Wave: The magazines that come with purchasing a weapon in Shop Wave have been positioned more clearly and their number has been increased.
Bugfixes
Let's start with the most annoying ones first.
Fixed the issue where bombs could not be thrown and would go underground when thrown.
Fixed the issue where objects falling in the church area would go underground.
Fixed the issue where health drops from enemies were not being picked up properly.
Fixed the UI overlay issue when the magazine is placed on the belt.
Last Enemy Indicator: The last remaining enemy on the map being displayed in red now works properly.
Fixed the issue where Turrets would exceed their maximum limit when purchased from Shop Waves and chests.
Fixed the issue where a Tank zombie would go into strange animations when it was shot in the leg area.
Fixed the issue where ranged enemies could not hit us while in Seated Mode.
The issue where church and player health was not reaching its maximum value when gaining health in Shop Wave has been fixed, and the damage sound is no longer played when buying player health.
Fixed the issue where bosses could not gain shields at certain health levels. This way, boss phases are now working properly. (They won't die that easily anymore)
