When is the game releasing?
Following all the feedback we received during the demo. It made us reconsider the time we had for the release of the game. We prefer taking our time and digest all the feedback and suggestions into account before the release. This pushed the date from what was December to a few months later, in early 2025 (Q1)
How will it be released?
After a lot of back & forth, we decided to aim for an Early Access before the 1.0 release! This allows us to gather more feedback, as we continue working on the game and push its development to the point we consider final! Of course, a roadmap of the early Access will be published, to keep an eye on our progress!
What's planned on the EA release?
The official release plan has not changed, and you can still follow the current announcement. You can expect other things as well like a redesign of the research system, the arrival of the long-awaited Abbot/Abbess and a lot more! We'll be sure to reveal more details as we get closer to the releaseđ§
Another blog on the Nordic Horizons DLC is here! Today, we will show you some of the stunning city landmarks that can be found in this upcoming map expansion for Euro Truck Simulator 2.
Along your journey through the northernmost part of Europe, you will come across plenty of historical buildings, beautiful sculptures, and other stunning structures. One of them is the Gävle Theater, a hallmark of Swedish theater architecture. Located in the heart of Gävle, a charming port town on Sweden's east coast, this historic building was completed in 1878 and remains a testament to the city's cultural heritage.
On the shores of the vast lake of StorsjĂśn in Sweden's midlands, you can come across the picturesque city of Ăstersund and its rĂĽdhus, or as we would call it, its city hall. The construction of this beautiful building, which was built in a national romantic style, began in 1909 and was finished three years later.
If you venture further north, you can spot the Akkats Hydroelectric Power Station, which is said to be the gateway to the "Great Lakes" and Laponia. This small dam is also a popular tourist destination as it is adorned with monumental paintings that symbolize the Sami lifestyle and culture.
Moving on to Finland, you can discover the Sea Eagle - Finnish Aviation Monument in the city of Vaasa on the west coast. This impressive statue symbolizes freedom and the spirit of flight and stands as a testament to the country's rich aviation history.
In the Käpylä field alongside the National Highway 5, you can find roughly a thousand peat-headed characters standing still. The Silent People were created in 1988. What do you think is the meaning behind this art project? Well, you will have to figure it out yourself as the creator refuses to provide any answer, but it is a captivating sight nonetheless.
Another city landmark can be found in the middle of a roundabout in the Finnish city of Kuusamo which is located near the country's eastern border. This sculpture is called The Surge and depicts a powerful wave.
Let's go back to Sweden for a bit. Our talented map designers have also recreated the beautiful UmeĂĽ City Church. It can be found in the center of the city. The church was inaugurated in 1894 in a place where two other churches were destroyed previously in history.

MyTEAM
One of the many keys to winning in the NBA is having a surplus of 3-and-D players, meaning itâs crucial to have guys who can play lockdown defense on the perimeter but also knock down three pointers at a high clip. For Season 3 of MyTEAM, weâre introducing a handful of cards that can provide similar two-way production for your squad.
Start the Season 3 rewards track with one of the most prolific 3-and-D players of all-time: Klay Thompson. NBA 2K25 ANTI-CHEAT ON PC
Patch Update 3.0 for PC, releasing on Steam shortly before Season 3 begins on November 29, will introduce Easy Anti-Cheat (EAC). EAC is an industry-leading service designed to combat cheating tools and other unauthorized third-party software with an evolving approach that can counter new cheating techniques.Â
This implementation is part of the ongoing efforts by Visual Concepts and our Game Security team to detect and minimize cheating in NBA 2K. It works alongside existing measures, such as behavior-based bans, anti-tampering protections, and the in-game reporting system, to protect the integrity of competitive gameplay.
To help ensure a smooth transition, we recommend completing the following steps before installing Update 3.0, which will also install EAC if itâs not already present on your system:
Update your PC to the latest version of Windows to maintain compatibility.
Make sure your graphics card and other essential drivers are up to date.
Update hardware control software (e.g. RGB lighting) to its latest version to resolve potential security vulnerabilities, or disable it if a compatible version is not available.
After installation, you may see a message whenever you start NBA 2K25 letting you know EAC is initializing.

The minigames were originally made to show off part of the game Roxy Raccoon's Pinball Panic. However, these minigames have developed and gone much further beyond in Pinball Panic that these actually may give player's a negative impression of Pinball Panic. On top of this, Pinball Panic has since gone free to play and you can access much better versions of these games for free within Pinball Panic.
As a solution I replaced these minigames with other minigames better suited to the original Roxy Raccoon. The rewards and unlockables are now linked to these minigames instead.

Over the past week, Iâve been hard at work creating logistics mechanics, and Iâm excited to share the results.
Whatâs New:
Added a new mechanic â cargo transport.
Introduced two new logistics locations (warehouses) for ammunition and construction materials.
Added a stationary machine gun.
Construction now depends on the number of construction materials at the location, not your personal balance.
Significantly improved the terrain selection algorithm for building.
Enhanced map generation algorithms.
Improved the construction interface.
Added tooltips in the test zone.
Stationary weapons now depend on the number of bullets available at their placement point.

Fixed sound volume issues.
Fixed mortar usage animation.
Fixed a weight bug where respawning was impossible even with an empty inventory.
Fixed map generation errors that caused synchronization issues.
Fixed errors in location naming.
There are still a few mechanics on my to-do list that will be completed shortly. Once they are done, I will focus on working on new content, improvements to factions, skills, and other meta-elements.
