Ruler of the Waves 1916 - fallingninja
Last year, we began a huge addition of gameplay content by expanding the on-rails gameplay to include RTS type controls. This snowballed into base building and more, which we described in our blog as follows:

Structure building is meant to intersect with and enhance the seafaring gameplay by introducing management of the new resources system trifecta: Capital, Industry, and Labor.

Choices involving prioritizing certain structures or resource generation versus shipbuilding, and the skill required to multitask, ought to increase the strategic depth of the game.



Now, we are pleased to announce the full tech tree for Structures, Upgrades, and Units in the game. While we are still working to get the game back to a playable state after all these huge additions, we wanted to share the news with the community in the meantime.

• D/E/F/G Decks, Ring 0 - Re-modelled all 3 versions of the stairs in the reactor room so that they fit the new deck heights.

• D/E/F/G Decks, Ring 0 - Added new spline-driven railings to the new stairs.

• F/G Decks, Ring 1 - Designed and modelled 4 new rubber floor panels. (They are similar to the old ones, just more detailed)

• F Deck, Ring 2 - Designed and modelled 1 new rubber floor panels.

• F Deck, Rings 1/2 - Added numerous new socket-based connection points around for the new floor panels.

Hey guys,

Today, I am happy to announce version 0.074, which will set the mood for this winter and highlight everything that has been added since the last big update.

Big News
Map is ready for winter

Winter is coming, I have a bunch of small ideas. You guys can expect a Christmas tree with a few gifts from Santa. (Christmas Tree is coming out on the 1st December)

The winter event is going to be active in the chapters where the scenario occurs inside (so if the chapter is intended to be during summer, it won't affect it).

First basement iteration

The first basement iteration gives us the next location for the upcoming chapter. It contains two mini-games and it will soon have more interaction with sex animation being usable.

12 animations for the bed & 7 animations for the washing machine

Almost 19 new animations! I have another batch of almost 20 animations coming in the upcoming weeks! They will be for the chairs, couch, floors and walls.

Also now we have our first shower animation

Dart mini-game, why not?

Small fun game that I wanted to have in the basement, the score is reset every session, I might introduce some game rules for it, at the moment it is unlimited and only for fun.

First prototype for the Pool table

I created a small physics experience of a pool table, it is not perfect, but quite pleasant! I will improve it and certainly use the table to have sex animation in the future. it has a few features, let me mention them:
  • You can use the tack mesh beside the couch to reset the balls
  • When you aim, you can see the prediction line for the ball you are aiming at
  • You can use SHIFT to toggle aim from the camera point of view or go back to a more straight angle

Fixes and Improvements
  • Fix the issue with "12 minutes in Heaven" that was making F not being usable
  • Fix the issue with the character creator having the girl move if she was having a follow-order
  • Fix thumbnail, it was not capturing the tail on the new hair system
  • New category display for clothes (adding jackets, glasses, and hats as an individual category)
  • Add reset button for face presets
  • Accessories in clothes are now unlimited, that way you are not limited to only 2 accessories
  • Fix issue with brow scale (the slider was invalidated while packaging)
  • Hairs are now automatically adjusted based on the hair preset
  • Improve camera movement in the girl creator
  • Allow to get closer to the girl in the girl creator
  • RE-export character with emotions. They were removed from the game somehow and I failed to notice
  • Fix issues with accessories conflicting with the old system
  • Add a button to remove all accessories in one shot
  • Fix issue with orgasm task (was not being confirmed with a target, now the system requires the task to know who needs to have an orgasm 😉)
  • Fix the issue with eye location with the new preset system that was added recently
  • Fix issue when holding an object (was not following in the good direction)
  • Fix accessories color not being set
  • Fix bug that was overriding the selected character thumbnail (only when going in and clicking on back then clicking again on girl creator)
  • New check to see if a girl in the selection was selected on opening after generating the selections of girl (if no selection, revert to default preset)
  • The sound of the TV now gets reduced to 0 when going downstairs or upstairs
  • Glass stays straight when picking up
  • Clean click action system (might create some small issue, but I think I cover everything)
  • Improve the front view of the outside street so it feels a bit more immersive
  • Add a Post Process transition when going near the side of the wall
  • Test reflection to give surface more realism
  • Slightly improved auto-aim (second state of crouch) to adapt better to the new animation
  • Awareness is now working using distance and looking for the number of wall objects (approx.) between the player and the stepmom. The TV also now blocks only a certain percentage and the bathtub numbers have been changed. (also now the TV has a volume instead of affecting all the whole map)

News
  • Face preset system (10 faces + the default one)
  • 3 new costumes for the ability for the mission with the Halloween event
  • Added remove button for Glasses, Jackets, and Hats category (no hat yet, but it is a question of time)
  • Added 8 new glasses (still need to do the icons)
  • girl gives you a small kiss in the character creator when you get up close to her

Upcoming
The next chapter has been started and should be coming soon and sex toys are one of the next big things as well. There is more sex animation for the chairs, couch, floor, and walls, and more clothes and accessories for the character creator.

A Christmas tree with a gift in December. Maybe a funny Snowman with some strange quest for us :O?

Renovation Simulator Version 0.4.5.6, Patch Notes

Gardening Update. We beat Spring to the punch. Suck it Spring! Trees, bushes and flowers oh my! There's a bunch of new gardening items to use, plus updated firepits to keep you warm during the winter months.

Updates:
-Added trees.
-Added bushes.
-Added Flowers.
-Added various plants.
-Added flower beds.
-Added new decorations.
-All trees, bushes, flowers, plants, rocks and flower beds in each of the creative maps are now movable and removable.
-Updated firepits in Patio with fire and sound effects.
-Updated environmental sounds to use audio occlusion. Sounds outside a house won't sound as loud inside the house.
-Added option to highlight moveable items in 'Quick Settings'.
-Added ability to lock an item to prevent it from being moved, removed or returned to inventory. The item can still be interacted with if the item is interactable (turn on, off, etc.). Key binding is under 'Interaction'. Default is 'b' key.
-Removed 'Continue' button from main menu. Players will need to select the map they wish to continue in the creative page.
-Improved headlamp light.
-Reduced rotation speed and decreased degrees per second an item rotates to allow for greater precision.

Fixes:
-All options in 'Quick Settings' now save when changed.
-Added missing toolbar key bindings in settings.
-Fixed potential duplication issue when returning an item to the inventory.
-Updated delete item confirmation popup to use the new CommonUI popup.

There's still a ton of new items to add, but we're a small team so we thank you for your patience! The next major update will be the career mode. We're expecting to have a basic version of it out some time in February. We'll continue to add new items and features and refinements for your gaming fun during it's development. Navigators, Strinova is out! The last few months have been crazy, but we are so excited to finally have the game out for all of you. We hope you will have a blast in Strinova.

With Path of Exile 2 launching in Early Access in just two weeks, we’re sure you have a lot of burning questions about what to expect. We’ll be answering some of them in this news post. The FAQ will be updated with more answers up until the launch day.

When does Early Access start on all platforms?
Path of Exile 2 will launch in Early Access at 11am December 6th PST in your local time on all supported platforms, including a standalone PC client, Steam and Epic Games Store clients as well as Xbox Series and PlayStation 5.

Unfortunately Path of Exile 2 will not be available on MacOS at the start of Early Access, but we’re keen to add support for this platform as soon as possible.

How to join Early Access?
Purchasing one of new Early Access Supporter Packs with a key grants you access.

As we have also announced earlier, if you've purchased a top-tier supporter pack in the past or have spent $480 USD or more in lifetime purchases in Path of Exile on a single platform, you'll automatically have access to Path of Exile 2. In this case you'll receive an email (if we have one for you) and PM on the website that lets you know that your account has had access granted. We will begin inviting players in the next two weeks. Please note that the threshold is the same for all countries and does not take regional prices into account.

How will I know if my lifetime purchases meet the threshold?
You can check your past purchases by visiting Your Account on the website and selecting, "Account transactions."

Your valid purchases will include any purchase that was made with dollars instead of points. Points keys that were redeemed on your account will not contribute to this total.

A lot of people have been emailing customer support to ask if they meet the threshold. We'd prefer if you could wait until the Early Access begins and see if you're immediately invited, and then contact support if you didn't get an invite but you believe your lifetime support exceeds $480 USD.

If I merged my sub-accounts, will my lifetime purchases from different platforms be counted towards the threshold?
No, the threshold is based on purchases made on one platform.

Can I purchase new Supporter Packs on Consoles?
You can buy Early Access Supporter Packs on Xbox now. You can claim all microtransactions in Path of Exile 1 and you will also get access to downloading Path of Exile 2. Please note that you will not be able to launch and play that client until the game releases in Early Access on December 6th.

The Twilight Order Foil Reliquary Submission is only available for purchase in the in-game store after you have purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack.

Supporter Packs for Sony realms (PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5) will become available on December 6th PST when Path of Exile 2 launches in Early Access.

How to redeem a key?
Upon purchasing your first supporter pack that includes an Early Access key, that key will be automatically redeemed on the account the purchase was made. You don’t have to do anything else, just download the game client when it’s available and login on launch day!

If you're unsure about your status, or want to view any of your keys, this information is available under my-account/early-access.

If you have purchased a key and/or have access granted for one PC game client (Stand-alone, Steam, or Epic), but wish to play on another game client, you will be able to do so by claiming a key to unlock access to that client. These are available at my-account/early-access and can be redeemed on the relevant platform's store. Please note these keys only unlock the client in your library, they do not on their own provide early access to your account.

As an example, if you purchase a Supporter Pack through the Path of Exile website, you will be able to claim a key to unlock the client in your Steam Library.

When will I be able to download the client?
A few days prior to the Early Access launch. We’ll announce the details in the news, so you won’t miss it!

What content is included?
Even in Early Access, Path of Exile 2 is a big game. It includes a significant campaign of Three Acts as well as a rich endgame. At the start of Early Access there will be 50 bosses, and around 400 monster types. We’ll be adding content to roughly double the size of the game during Early Access and into Release.


How long is Early Access likely to run for?
As long as needed, we expect at least 6 months.

Is couch co-op available in Early Access?
Yes, you can play Path of Exile 2 in couch co-op mode on a single account right from the start. The second player will be able to create a character on that account.

Will there be wipes during Early Access?
No, there will not be a wipe. We will do new leagues but none of your characters will be wiped, they will just go to a league called Early Access (so they will never be in Standard). In some cases characters in old leagues might be somewhat broken by balance changes though. After launch the "Early Access" characters will still exist.

Do I need to create a new account to play Path of Exile 2 in Early Access?
If you already have an existing account, our new account system allows you to play Path of Exile 2 using your Path of Exile 1 account. If you’re a new player, you would need to create a new account. Welcome, Exile!

Will my Path of Exile 1 microtransactions work in Early Access?
Yes, but not all microtransactions are available to use yet. Many recent MTXs and all stash tabs will be initially available, but due to a massive amount of microtransactions in Path of Exile 1, we’re still in the process of adding them all to Path of Exile 2, so many of them will be marked as ‘unavailable’ in your cosmetics tab. During Early Access we will be working through the backlog and making them all available.

How will my stash tabs from Path of Exile 1 work in Path of Exile 2?
Stash tab purchases made in Path of Exile 1 will be available in Path of Exile 2, where relevant. For example, a special league-related stash tab might not be available in Path of Exile 2 as that content does not exist there.

We will be updating applicable stash tabs in Path of Exile 2, and stash tabs like the currency stash tab will hold different items to what it holds in Path of Exile 1.

Stash tabs become remove-only when logged into a different platform where you don't own them.

Will I be able to buy new microtransactions?
Yes, the cosmetics shop will be available in Early Access with a selection of microtransactions from Path of Exile 1. At this moment we’re not planning to introduce new microtransactions for Path of Exile 2 but we will be adding many more later.

Is Path of Exile 2 in Early Access under NDA? Can I talk about my play experiences and stream it?
There's no NDA for Early Access. You're welcome to show the content to whoever you like, but please bear in mind that this is content that we're still working on.

Will I be able to purchase a Unique Item or Divination Card design for Path of Exile 2?
Yes, both Path of Exile 2 Unique Item Design and Divination Card Design will be available for purchase in very limited quantities at a later date.
