During our visit to Tokyo Game Show Game Director Jonathan Rogers showcased several design highlights of Path of Exile 2, including classes, maps, skills and bosses to renowned Japanese action game producer Koji Igarashi, known for his work on the Castlevania series and more recently, Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night.
Jonathan also hosted a panel discussion and played couch co-op with Shuhei Yoshida, who was formerly the President of Sony Interactive Entertainment, now their Head of Indies Initiative. Check out the video below!

Bring the cosmos home with the neverending mystery of the Cosmic Catsack! Gaze into the abyss of its eyes and find a friend... or the comfort of space-time!

Johanna continued working on finishing optimizations and art for the Plaza.
Joshua continued working on the new player models, currently working on the feminine model.
macdguy coninued going through long standing bugs in preparation for the 1.0 release.
Nuclearxpotato continued working on the Minigolf map, Dino Drive, cleaning up holes and lightmaps. He also worked on some long standing items, such as a new Shutter Door and Garage Doors.
Sketchman worked on fixing bugs in preparation for the 1.0 release.
Wheezwer created the November calendar and planned out events, while also working on art for various aspects of the game.
Will continued working on music for SDNL and the 1.0 release trailer.

We're excited to bring you the latest update to mtion studio, packed with some new features, improvements, and bug fixes. This update focuses on refining player controls, improving interactions, and optimizing performance.
Player Features (only in pre-release build)
Third-Person Controllers
First look at the third person controller is active on all avatars by default in the pre_release build. Drag in the "Start Player Controller" node and once activated, you can move your avatar around the world. There will be more updates on this in the future!
Avatar Control Toggle: You can now enable or disable third-person control of avatars, giving you greater flexibility in character navigation.
Jump Functionality: Added the ability to jump in third-person mode, adding a new dimension to gameplay mechanics.
Play Mode Improvements
Controller Precedence Fix: Resolved controller precedence issues in play mode to ensure consistent control behavior.
Camera Trigger Fixes: Fixed issues with camera triggers in player mode for more reliable camera transitions.
First-Person Beacon Sway Fix: Addressed unintended sway effects when entering the first-person beacon, providing a smoother experience.
Spatial Triggers and Launcher Updates: Updated spatial triggers and fixed issues with objects launched through the launcher to enhance interaction reliability.
Auto-Scroll Feature: Chat now automatically scrolls to the latest message, ensuring you never miss a conversation.

Audio Player Inspector Upgrades: Added delete and duplicate buttons to the audio player inspector, streamlining your audio management process.
Refined User Authentication: Overhauled the user login and authentication processes for a faster and smoother startup.
Enhanced Object Migration: Improved the object migration process and integrated it into the pipeline for more efficient asset management.
Legacy Trigger Compatibility: Fixed object interactions for legacy triggers to improve compatibility with older assets.
Type Conversion Fix: Resolved type conversion issues for improved stability.
Fixed Attached Camera Display: Resolved issues with the attached camera to display correctly.
Display Collider Fix: Fixed the display collider to function correctly, improving object interactions.
