Dear speed runners, we've patched all of your sneaky tricks. But we have a new challenge for you, whoever has the fastest start to finish speed run time by this Thursday will have their name permanently immortalized on a plaque in the main lobby of Finding Frankie. ALL submissions must be recorded and posted to Youtube with a timer or external one visible. The timer begins when loaded into the game, and ends when the title card appears. You MUST use the latest build and include "Speedrun" in the video title. Happy running!

We know it's been a while, but we're back with some exciting news!
We've made some spooky changes to the demo, adding in some Halloween decorations that will be around from October 25th to November 3rd. This update doesn't include any bug fixes or gameplay changes, as we're currently laser-focused on crafting levels and finishing other stuff for the Early Access release.
And based on your awesome suggestions, we've also given Dog a more meaningful role in the game. Yes, you will be able to play as Dog in EA release.
Fixed: Choice of FILL for Display Size wasn't getting properly saved.

Avianos
Fixed: Starting a custom game with castle placement set to either P1 Favored or P2 Favored would cause the game to freeze.
Bug Hunter
Fixed: Incorrectly-colored pixels on orange eggs.
Tweak: New difficulty jumps added at job 10 and job 13. If starting from the beginning is getting you down, try to have more fun and work-less.
Campanella 2
Fixed an issue where you could exit a ladder and get out of bounds in the final stage.
Campanella 3
Prevented a potential softlock on the final boss.
Moved the Gold/Cherry clear check to before the ending/credits.
Caramel Caramel
Fixed an issue where player 2 would get player 1's sprite after collecting a wrench and regaining full life.
Cyber Owls
Fixed: Guin's collision with breakable crates was fully borked.
Fixed: Guard in Green Keycard Room in Moscow mission did not patrol properly.
Fixed: Shooting Hackoon during his intro dialog would launch him irretrievably offscreen. (For real this time.)
Fixed: Hackoon had an invisible pixel in his foot in his sideways-facing frames.
Fixed: After getting knocked leftward into a wall, Hackoon became stuck until he was reset by a player death.
Hackoon no longer gets stuck in a loop trying to shoot Guin repeatedly even when she's not within LOS.
Fist Hell
Fixed: In Survival Mode, generating snails would crash the game.
Fixed: Enemies would sometimes stop moving and reacting.
Hot Foot
Fixed: Sometimes still crashed at the start of a match.
Fixed: Yet another crash bug, related to Jerry's wavy bag ability.
Hyper Contender
Tweak: On new profiles, Brazz's controls will default to consistent instead of reversed.
Magic Garden
Fixed: Sometimes a jump would stop short and you'd land on the adjacent tile.
When placing potions, the game will more thoroughly search for an empty tile and actively avoids the player's position. Also, potions will not get activated by the player while the potion is appearing. This way, the player has more control over when they activate potions.
Mini & Max
Fixed: If you collected an item immediately after breaking it out of a rock, then the item would always look like a backpack regardless of what it actually was.
Fixed: If you put a train robber in your backpack, it had no icon in the top left.
Fixed: Prior patches could corrupt items saved in Mini's backpack so that they would spawn the wrong secondary item. For example a fungal block might spawn a random object instead of the mushroom it is supposed to.
Fixed: Amoebas could eat Gearface. On the one hand this was very funny and cool, on the other hand, it allowed players to bypass the entire final level.
Fixed: Because of an error in a prior patch, Mini could no longer shrink directly on the doorknob (post opening the way to doorknob palace).
Fixed: Multiple cases of softlocks cause by Mini entering a place that was too small for the size of item she was carrying.

Fixed: Occasionally, an NPC might drop a map part somewhere the player couldn't reach.

Rail Heist
Fixed: Softlock when rolling onto your horse but blocked by a wall.
Fixed: Pushing an object at the end of the turn timer could lead to the player being active during the lawmen's turn.
Valbrace
Fixed: You could receive a second Red Coin from the Red Knight.
Fixed: Crash when flipping a boulder trap again before the boulder has finished falling.
Fixed: Crash when Abyss Lord counterattacked without ever having used his bite attack before.
Exiting West after entering the Void Room from the South placed you in a wall.
Fixed: Obtaining the Red Star Sword with a full inventory did not add it to your inventory, and made it unobtainable.
Fixed: Crash when the player tried to sit on the throne under a certain circumstance.
Waldorf
Fixed: "Chests Opened" stat wasn't incrementing properly, making it impossible to get 3/3 chests.
Fixed: Using the harpoon to reach the ending dialogue scene resulted in a soft lock.
Warptank
Fixed a potential softlock if you died at the same time as Big Tank.
Fixed an issue where you could buffer a warp off of a disappearing block (where you're not supposed to be in control), which could also result in a crash.
