A brand new demo for Neon Blood will be available during the upcoming Steam Next Fest. Starting at 7pm (CEST) on 14th October, fans will be able to get hands-on with this thrilling neo-noir detective RPG / graphic novel ahead of its 26th November global release date. In addition to the new playable demo, gamers can watch a brand-new developer live stream with never-before-seen gameplay from the ChaoticBrain Studios development team.

Neon Blood is a neo-noir cyberpunk RPG / Graphic Adventure with a striking 2.5D aesthetic using PixelArt 2D sprites with 3D modeled environments. Prepare to embark on a thrilling adventure as you follow Axel McCoin, an idealistic detective from Blind City, as he becomes the symbol of a revolution poised to change the world. Explore McCoin’s dystopian world and face a variety of puzzles blended with classic turn-based combat and precise Quick Time Events.

Neon Blood is now available to pre-order in physical format on PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, as well as digitally on all platforms. It will be released on November 26th, 2024.

There is a lot more content to be added before the full release of the game. Currently we are planning on adding three locations, many more furniture and laundromat items, as well as multiple new systems such as the Customer Review system, which will determine how frequently you get customers based on how well you can meet their needs.

The game is fairly rough around the edges at the moment, and we will be addressing this as best we can before the full release. If you want to help us with this, please let us know if you run into any bugs as they can be reported using the link in the main menu.

We plan on adding more locations and items after our early access release, so stay tuned for the roadmap coming some time before the games full release.

1. More Home Gameplay Optimizations
(1) Freer Door&Window Placement: New Doors and Windows that can be placed freely are available, now you don't need a wall to place them! Additionally, we've also added Sliding Doors and Folding Doors for you to choose for your personalized decor design.
(2) Show/Hide Grids: In Advanced Building Mode, you can choose to hide or display the grids whenever you want. Hide the grids and lines when you need a clearer view to get a whole picture of the layout, and show them when you need to position and calibrate the pieces accurately.
(3) Updated Block Mode: New block shapes arrived - Round Slice and Arch. While Round Slice Blocks smooth the visual presentation, the Arch Blocks add the artistic curve to the space.

2. New Story Chapter 26: Deep Dive - Abyss opens on Oct. 28.
The deep sea might not be a perfect place for secrets, but one can totally bury their sorrows in it.
The sleeping doll in the memories will no longer be able to open her eyes again.

[Optimizations and Bug Fixes]
1. Optimized color inheritance algorithm for pet breeding, so that pet babies now have a chance to inherit colors from any color area on their parents, on every color area of theirs.
2. Fixed the issue that when naming infant pets obtained from breeding under certain circumstances, their models would keep changing.
3. Fixed the wrong position of pets that are held in hand on PC client when switching between vertical and horizontal mode.
4. Fixed performance errors in certain hairstyles.
5. Fixed the clipping issue and adaptation issue in certain fashions.
6. Fixed the incorrect performance in certain poses.
7. Fixed the issue that when using two-person poses for a Wefie and tapping to jump to another interface, the Wefie interface and pose might be wrong after returning back.
