Event Time: 00:00 October 1 to 00:00 October 8 UTC Servers: All servers except Seasonals 1. Sky lanterns will fall from the sky on map and each lantern carries random items 2. Cloud-piercing arrow will appear in the lantern and using bows to shoot the arrow will summon sky lanterns in the area
Money Tree event
Event Time: 00:00 October 1 to 00:00 October 8 UTC Servers: All servers 1. During the event, players can purchase a money tree at the Guild Shop with copper coins, each lvl. 3 guilds can only buy 1 money tree. 2. Players with levels higher than 40 can get Blessing Coins by completing 5 daily quests, blessing coins can be used to pray for blessings at the money tree. 3. You can get random rewards by using blessing coins.

Hey everyone! It's been a few months since the last dev update. Like every good little capitalist 😇 I try to keep my stakeholders appraised every quarter.
FY24 Q3 Executive Summary
Continued intense work designing and implementing the strategy layer. GRRRR!
Continued adding features to the tactical engine, including NPCs and larger maps.
Continued adding cross-layer mechanics, including POWs. Capturing enemies in battle and forcing them to work in labor camps is such a JOY!
Continued improving enemy tactical AI. They actually work as a team now. Be afraid.
This month finally began internal testing of combined strategy layer + tactical layer: the full loop!
On the marketing front, released a new trailer and posted new dev-logs (see below). And check out the new Steam capsule artwork prepared by my publisher Hooded Horse.
Near-Term Outlook
Closed playtesting will begin soonTM.
After playtest build is stable, I will release a permanent demo that includes the strategy layer.
Then it's just powering toward the finish line. GRRRRRR!
Lastly, the Tokyo Game Show begins tomorrow and kicks off the biggest week of gaming here in Japan. Given all the buzz around town, I feel compelled to share something special with you guys. So here's a first look at a new ground vehicle.
The Mars Rapid Response Vehicle (MRRV). This is the civilian variant.
The corporation first brought these over to Mars for work use. They're designed so laborers can quickly hop in and out in their suits -- no pressurization needed -- to race to an accident or an emergency. After the conflict broke out MRRVs were adapted for warfare. I will share the non-civilian variant and more details about vehicle mechanics in a future dev log. This game is focused on infantry combat, but vehicles will play a role.

Old -> 2 Mana 1/2 - Gain +2 Attack Power each time an opponent's Card loses Health.
New -> 2 Mana 1/2 - Gain +1 Attack Power each time an opponent's Card loses Health. Rumpelstiltskin's a solid card, let's be honest here. Putting him in a Kill deck next to Singing Bone lets him kind of just run wild. We've decided to cut the benefit he gets in half but we're going to keep monitoring his playrate.
PARTLET
Old -> 2 Mana 1/2 - On Play: Give the next Character you play +2 Attack Power.
New -> 2 Mana 1/1 - On Play: Give the next Character you play +2 Attack Power. Partlet is a very strong card. The benefit that it gives for the next Card is something so synergistic that it gives opponents no recovery room. Nerfing it's Attack Power a bit should help place Partlet in it's correct power level.

New builds of Medieval Battlefields are now available for all platforms.
This time we're bringing 2 significant improvements:
1) HD Graphics
Most of the graphics in this game is "lowres" since the game was made long ago. We've attempted to modernize this by upscaling existing graphics and re-rendering what we could find source materials for. The result is not 100% perfect but looks pretty good in our opinion. We hope you'll like it. (If you don't, you can turn it off in the game settings). This features is available if you have at least 1080p resolution on your screen.
2) French Translation
The game has now been translated to French! A big thanks to Florent Ladant for the effort.
