It's been nearly a year since I made an update. So I just wanted to let you all know that I've started getting back into development for the game, recreating it all in Godot. Just recently updated the branch for it, so you can check it out for yourself.

But to sum most of what happened in one word, burnout. Pretty dumb I know. Not going to disclose more here.

  • Russian Empire Tech Tree grants additional soldiers for each rifleman recruited at no additional cost.

Today is a big day! We're excited to announce that Duck Paradox will be leaving Early Access and fully launching into 1.0 on October 9th!



Thank you all for your support and feedback throughout Early Access—we’re really looking forward to watching you play the new content and experience the full game in just a few short weeks. In the meantime, we've released a brand-new demo, which is playable right now on Steam. We've focused on improving the tutorial and onboarding for new players, so if you haven’t jumped in yet, now is a great time! It could also be a great refresher if you haven’t played in a while.

We like to think Duck Paradox is quirky and unique, so we wanted a release date trailer to match.
