Small update that tweaks some leaderboard and time medal related things.

• Added the ability to look at level leaderboards and medal times in the level select by middle clicking the level button
  
• Added info button to level select that shows the different ways to press the level select button
  
• “Main menu” button on level complete screen now takes you back to the level select
  
• Changed some levels dev times as they were impossible to achieve (egg6, key9, sticky9)
  
• Toggling slowmo no longer shows the “slowmo used” text
  
• Added sound effect to opening reset time menu

I've entered the game into the IndieMania showcase that will happen online from September 12-14 2024. In anticipation of this event I have tried to make beginning of the game easier to understand and a bit more streamlined. I hope that you will join me during this event.

• Added: A little pop-up now appears over items in inventories to show display the name of the item;
  
• Added: New equipment and minigame, the Poking Stick (only available out of the demo area).
  
  
• Fixed: Smelling on higher levels of the map was not working as expected.
  
• Fixed: Farm plants are now being planted and harvested at the correct speed when you sleep.

• Added an option to remove Patrick’s revolver without having to swap in another
  
• Removing both revolvers from the Gun Safe now stops you from opening it again
  
• The descriptions for the pool scoreboard were changed to more clearly communicate the removal of Patrick’s name and the addition of another suspect’s name

The long-awaited Dark Lord release took place yesterday, and we’re here now to announce a community contest! The story writing competition is an ancient tradition of this community, and it's time to bring it back! To be a successful Dark Lord, one needs to be creative, so show off your best works and etch your name into the history of our game!

How to join:

• Settle into your throne, delve into the depths of your imagination, and bring your ideas to life. Before you begin, ensure you know the competition's rules and guidelines below.
  
• Submit your masterpieces via our very cool and handy in-game Community Stories mode editor no later than September 1st.
  
• Don’t forget to add [Contest] to the title of your story (you can change it after the contest ends).
  
• Once submitted, take pride in your work, read other creators’ stories, and wait for September 6th, the day that we announce the results!

Prizes galore

Your story can span any genre—dramatic, comedic, mystical, or even meme-inspired. The authors of the best tales will be rewarded handsomely:

• 1st Place: $1000
  
• 2nd Place: $500
  
• 3rd Place: $250

As part of today’s Wholesome Games Steam event, we’re so excited to finally share what we’ve been working on with a brand-new trailer!



Instants is a game about piecing together a family's life story by sorting through and selecting family photographs for a photo album. You can decorate the photo albums with stickers, coloured pens, sparkles and, very importantly, Washi tape (we love washi tape!).

Okay, we know that's not what some of you were expecting of our next game. It's not Ikai 2. It's a game to help you relax after a long day purifying shrines.
