-- This is the final main update for The Clown's Forest. Any further updates would be to fix any game-breaking glitches that might arise. I have been supporting the game for 2 years now, and I should finally move on to the newer games in the series.
I want to thank everyone for their support on this game and I hope to see your support on my other projects!

This update is necessary for a couple of reasons. First, I have updated the demo, again! Some of my most awesome Dark Horde lovers pointed out some aspected about the new Miracles Reroll feature introduced with the last Demo patch. So I had to fix that, even just for the demo! While I was at it, I also updated some other things you might notice. So, here is the list of what is new with this new Demo update:
- Miracles are now saved! This means that if you reroll the Miracles and then retry the level, the initial pool of Miracles will be the same (and the Dark Gem used for the Reroll will be lost). Avoiding those pesky Miracles you hate to draft won't be that easy! - Fixed a configuration bug where Goblin Looters triggered events for Minions. Goblin Looters are worthless, they don't deserve to be considered Minions. - Fixed the count of cards when Miracles are added to the deck. - Added a fancy Yellow glow for Rare cards! (Also added a Purple glow for Epic cards aswell, but those are not available yet...)
Now that the Demo is sorted out, let's see what I recently added for the actual game in Early Access:
- the last remaining basic feature, card removal, has been added for a vendor in the Necro Comicon festival. At the cost of 3 Heroic Souls you will be able to permanently remove 1 of the 4 cards that have been part of your deck the longest. This feature has been added to the Mirror Overseer vendor, that you can unlock once you reach level 8. This vendor has also the wonderful ability to duplicate a card already in your deck for the modest price of 5 Heroic Souls... - I balanced some cards you haven't seen yet. I'm sure there will be more unbalanced cards at Release, but that's what Early Access is there for: receiving feedback! - I fixed a SERIOUS bug that involved the Endless Mode of the game.
I think that what will be in the first Early Access release is pratically ready for publishing to be honest! But let's wait for summer to end instead of rushing things... after all, Fall is a better season to lay waste on enemy villages...
Winches!10 vehicles have winches installed. Press Z or D-Pad Down to start winching and select attach points. Press G / D-Pad Up to operate winch. Press H or Right Thumbstick In to detach. There’s a new type of junk car found around the map to recover. You can also attach to some trees. Currently a mouse is needed to select the attach points, but all other operations can be done with the game pad.
Controller update: Press Left Thumbstick In if your vehicle gets stuck. It will move the vehicle up and over 1 meter at a time. Backspace on the keyboard still does the same.
Trash dump locations: There are now 3 places to drag trash and abandoned camper trailers: Gamblertown, Sand Dunes Mechanic, and FOB Taproom. Drag the trash into the cone zone and receive 25 shiny stickers
Trailers! Included in the previous update is the ability for the “Joop” vehicle to tow abandoned trailers. Back up the hitch and on-screen instructions appear.
Training map update: The Miata now has a front winch and can drag a trashed car
hotfix to prevent certain junk cars from being invisible
- Made the input sensitivity for the alternative mouse input more similar to the regular input. Players using the alt input may have to adjust their sensitivity! - Fixed jerseys that hide pants not hiding pants correctly - Fixed several minor problems related to pants in the preview images - Fixed an issue with the Galaxy pants causing strange flares - Fixed the stick jittering on the end game screen (body can still jitter a bit but just pretend you've had a lot caffeine)
