It has already been a month since our last update.
Since then, we have strapped on boosters and charged forward once again!

There are some areas where the terrain has changed with this update.
After loading a saved file, you may find that your house is buried in rocks.
We were unable to consider this issue in this update.
Next time, we will make sure to take this into account when updating the terrain.
Also, if you set the visibility range too low while playing in a dungeon,
you might experience the walls or floors disappearing.
We have not yet completed the work to separate the walls and floors from the visibility settings.

A new desert dungeon has been created, featuring new rewards and new monsters!


The cutscene for the final boss of the desert dungeon is still in production.

The Ocean Has Completely Changed!
We are actively working on our next update, the 'Marine Content'.
As part of this effort, we have prioritized updating the ocean, which will be the main stage for various marine content.
Check out the new items available for the marine content!




A tutorial quest has been created for new players starting the quest game.
Currently, only the tutorial quest is available, but
the next update will include a variety of other quests as well.



The system interaction method has completely changed!
If there are things to interact with nearby,
you can interact with the closest one to you.
When there are multiple objects, priority is given to the one closest to the crosshair.
Enjoy the game with this more convenient interaction system!



Our three major bosses, Brownbeard, Apophates, and Ironheart, have been completely revamped!
Play against the newly reborn bosses with new patterns and concepts!
I've managed to clear Brownbeard and Apophates, but I haven't beaten Ironheart yet...





Food has been revamped, and various buffs have been added!
When you build a house, you can obtain various buffs by cooking and eating 'comfort' food available inside your home.
Additionally, health no longer recovers immediately unless you use a health potion.
However, if you eat until you're full and activate the 'satiety' buff, your health will gradually recover!
Foods that used to only satisfy hunger now come with their own unique buff effects.
Find the foods with the buffs that suit you best, and use various buffs to survive!




The UI has been revamped!
The UI will continue to improve in terms of convenience and design both now and in the future.
Look forward to a more stylish and user-friendly UI!



Special arrows with unique abilities have been added to IfSunSets, which previously only had regular arrows!
Explosive arrows that deal damage to the surrounding area.
Electric arrows that slow down the movement speed of monsters.
Poison arrows that inflict continuous damage, among others.
Check out these various interesting arrows!
※ Bolts for crossbows will also be updated in the future!



A new NPC named 'Aiden' has arrived, sporting a cute bird on his head and a kind smile!
Aiden sells various farming-related items and cooking items.




Though still under detailed development, we have overhauled the AI that previously couldn’t detect arrows landing next to them.
The AI now has vision and hearing capabilities.
Activate crouch (C key) and approach monsters in a low stance!
If monsters aren’t directly looking at you, they won’t detect your presence.
However, if you’re not crouching or make loud noises, they will hear you and turn around, so be cautious!


What secrets does this island hold?
Why did Ironheart come to this island?
What are the monsters that come at night?
Story notes that reveal various tales have been added!
Discover interesting stories scattered all around the island!



The glider has been added!
While it's not a full-fledged airplane, you can soar high and enjoy the breathtaking views of the islands from above!
The blueprint for crafting the glider can be found somewhere on the island.




Mounts have been added!
They are sold by Lora and can be obtained after paying a hefty price.
Higher-tier mounts require even more gold and specific conditions to be met, so keep that in mind!



You can now save your game anytime, anywhere.
In a future update, we plan to support real-time saving for multiplayer (saving your current state when you exit the game).
The save function on beds has not been removed yet.




The 'Shared Chest' system has been added to IfSunSets!
Only one shared chest can be placed in the world, and the materials inside the shared chest can be accessed by all workbenches!
Now gather materials and put them in the shared chest!
However, the shared chest is hidden somewhere on the island!
You'll have to find the shared chest first, right?





Now, workbenches can be retrieved!
Previously, many people found it difficult to move their homes because workbenches couldn't be retrieved.
With the retrieval function of the hammer, you can now retrieve all workbenches!
However, please remember that the contents inside the workbench will immediately pop out upon retrieval!

As new content has been created, many small bugs have been found in each content area.

We have fixed the visible bugs, but various other bugs may still occur in different situations.

We will address and fix all reported issues as quickly as possible.

However, considering the large file size of each update, we will resolve as many bugs as possible before proceeding with the updates!

In addition, the balance of the game is not yet perfectly refined due to the various new contents.

For example, some skills currently have a too wide range, and we plan to adjust this.

We are working on fine-tuning the balance,

and in the next update, we aim to deliver a more balanced gameplay experience.
