Q: When can I download and start playing Metal Slug: Awakening?
A: Metal Slug: Awakening is available for download on App Store, Google Play, Windows (Official Website) and Steam on July 18, 2024!

Q: What are the system requirements for downloading and installing Metal Slug: Awakening?
A: To ensure a better gaming experience, we have listed the recommended and minimum system requirements for all the commanders.

1) System requirements for Android
●Recommended Requirements:
OS: Android 8.0 or higher
CPU: Snapdragon 778G, MediaTek Dimensity 1000+, Kirin 990 or higher

●Minimum Configuration:
OS: Android 6.0 or higher
CPU: Snapdragon 439/MediaTek MT6765/Kirin 655 or higher

●Requirements for RAM and storage space:
①The Android system requires a minimum of 3GB of RAM to ensure optimal game performance;
②The game package size exceeds 2GB, and the installation and download process requires decompression, necessitating a reservation of 10GB of space;
③After the installation and decompression are completed, the extra space will be freed up. Therefore, commanders must ensure there is sufficient storage space on the device to complete the download.

2) System requirements for PC
●Recommended System Requirements:
OS: Windows 10/Windows 11, 64-bit
CPU: Intel Core i5-10400 or higher
RAM: 16GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX1060 with 6GB or higher
Version of DirectX: 11
PC Storage: Over 30GB of available storage space on your PC

CPU: Intel Core i3-8100 or equivalent processor
RAM: 8GB RAM
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750
Version of DirectX: 11
PC Storage: Over 30GB of available storage space on your PC

Q: What should I do if I can't enter the game after launching it?
A: Please check if your phone has enough space. Make sure you have at least 10GB of space available. Also, check if you have granted network permissions to the game in your phone settings. Enabling these permissions should resolve the issue.

Q: What can I do if the game installation fails? What if the game update fails and it's stuck on loading?
A: In response to the issue of the game not being able to install or run properly, We have already prepared a solution:
1) The game installation has failed, please check:
①Dear Commanders, please verify if the installation package on each platform is the one for this time. If not, please download the correct package for installation. Also, check if your phone has enough storage space. If not, you can try to clear some space and restart your phone for reinstallation. If you encounter any issues with package parsing, you can delete the game package, restart your phone, and download the correct package for reinstallation.
2) Failure in game update: stuck in loading, please refer to:
① Please check if your internet connection is working properly. If you still can't Login even with a good connection, you can find the Support feature on the Login page and reach out to Support for Feedback.

⭐Server and Account⭐
Q: Can commanders on the mobile and PC play together?
A: Whether you're on the mobile platform or on a PC or on the Steam, as long as you're in the same region in game, you can play together.

Q: Is there cross-platform compatibility between Android and iOS?
A: The current round of testing is only available on Android and PC. The iOS platform is not open yet, we appreciate your understanding! If there are any plans to open up the iOS platform in the future, we will announce it on our official social media. Stay tuned!

Q: How many servers will be live when the test starts
A: For this test, only one group of servers will be open. Keep in mind, it's first come, first served for registration. If the server you choose is shown as full, it means you've missed out on this testing opportunity. So, Commander, please hurry up and download the game and register your account!

⭐Server Launch Issues & Game Bug Reporting⭐
Q: What should I do if I can't login or keep getting disconnected when the game server is launched?
A: If you encounter the aforementioned issues during the game launch, commanders, please be patient. The project team is on standby at all times. Meanwhile, to ensure game stability and a good experience, commanders can also stay tuned to official community information or in-game mail messages. Any such issues will be promptly communicated once they arise.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a bug in the game?
A:In the game, commanders can click on [Settings]-[General]-[Support] to find the customer service entrance and report your issue. The team will locate and resolve the problem based on your information. Commanders can also provide feedback outside the game:
Visit the official Community: You can report bugs in the community. We will regularly review suggestions and feedback, carefully considering every valuable opinion.

New cards & modifiers!

Governor of the West - Doches

The first post-release update for Governor of the West will bring four brand-new characters and three new attributes that change the way they play. They're not quite ready for prime-time yet -- I'm still making sure they're balanced! -- but they'll be part of the first update that should come out late next week.

'Red' Rosa Lee is your girl if you rely on Saloons for recruiting. As a fortune teller, she can also work in Saloons for extra gold.
If you prefer to take the Governor's office by force, you might prefer Kitty Carstars. Raids & gunfights are her speciality!
Sheriff Sanders is the new lawman in town; unlike other law-abiding characters you can play, he's particularly good at recruiting new deputies.
and finally, Hardball Harry always wanted to join the army, but just couldn't stand the uniform. He gets extra dread when enlisting at forts, but unlike an ordinary soldier he can still outlaw it up when he wants.

In addition to the new characters and their special attributes, this update will bring a bunch of little fixes and improvements that folks have been suggesting. In the meantime, keep those wagons rolling!

Interviewer V-Diffusion : Hem… that’s quite an entrance, Ms. Nonbiri! Please, have a seat.

Yumeko : Don’t be a poser and call me Yumeko, old man! (Throws herself into the chair with her familiar fluttering around her) Wow, your chairs are fancy! I almost want to take a little nap…

Interviewer V-Diffusion : Hem… Thank you for your compliment on our studio. Mr. Reyes selected them personally. So, Ms. Nonbiri, we have learned that you plan to open a temp agency in Crimson City soon, can you tell us more about it?

Yumeko : Booooring! Anyway, yeah, Vamp’Hire Agency is going to be the best of the best temp agencies for vampires! UNMISSABLE!

Interviewer V-Diffusion : I admit the big billboards along the highway are hard to miss. But aren’t you afraid of attracting the attention of vampire hunters by exposing yourself so publicly?

Yumeko : Well, yeah! That’s the point, duh! Otherwise, how am I supposed to play cat and mouse? By the way, I recently caught one, and I have a little gift for you... (She opens her bag, revealing a severed human head which she throws at the interviewer)

Interviewer V-Diffusion : Uh, thank you… but I’d rather pass on your food leftovers…

Yumeko : You don’t get it! It’s a great decoration! I did it like Halloween pumpkins, and you can put a candle inside! Isn’t it super cool?

Interviewer V-Diffusion : Uh, sure. I’ll display it in the sewers later… Back to the topic at hand, Vamp’Hire Agency, where did you get this idea?

Yumeko : (Gives a thumbs down and sticks out her tongue) Booooring! But anyway, you see, I realized that doing stuff yourself is super boring! While we have all eternity to have fun, play video games, chill, whatever, no, we have to do adult stuff (she makes air quotes), like paying bills, earning money, all that crap. So, I found the solution! I grab low-level vampires, or I even turn stupid humans into vampires, and then I train them to rent them out to more powerful ones who also find doing stuff themselves boring!

Interviewer V-Diffusion : Damn, I admit the idea is excellent. I could use a servant to manage my household too!

Yumeko : See! Now we’re on the same page! And you can even train them, like if you want them to get faster, make them run in a hamster wheel. It’s hilarious. Anyway, if you need a minion, just one address: Vamp’Hire Agency!
