1. Platforms and Servers
Q1: How many characters can I create on the same account?
A1: In response to user feedback, we have expedited the re-introduction of the multiple character creation feature. You are now able to create characters across all servers and embark on adventures alongside your companions.

The decision to temporarily disable multiple character creation was made due to the suboptimal gameplay experience associated with this feature. Originally, we aimed to re-enable this functionality following its refinement by August 1. Regrettably, this approach resulted in a diminished gaming experience, for which we extend our sincere apologies.

Q2: Are game accounts cross-platform? Can I play on multiple platforms?
A2: Once Human accounts are cross-platform. If you log in using the same account, you will gain access to your character, regardless of platform.
However, cross-platform support is not available for some account types, such as Steam accounts, due to their inherent limitations. We will be adding more account options in the future to make it easier for you to play across platforms. For now, please choose your platform based on your personal preferences.

Q3: Can I play with players on other platforms if I log in using Loading Bay?
A3: Of course you can! All platforms have access to the same servers. Whether you log in through Loading Bay, Steam, or any other platform, you will be able to play with your friends so long as you are all on the same server.

Q4: What are seasons in the game? And what are scenarios?
A4: Once Human has a season system. Each server only exists for a single season, and only has a single scenario. The content available on the server depends on its scenario. Every scenario offers different rules, environments, and stories to diversify your experience.
When your current server's season ends, you can move all resources and items you have earned during the season to your personal domain at Eternaland. You will then be able to register for another season.
To make things easier to understand, we will have two servers at launch: Manibus (PvE only) and Evolution's Call (includes PvP content). You are free to choose whichever server you prefer.
We have many scenarios in reserve and are currently developing new scenarios. Keep an eye out for later announcements regarding new scenarios, they should be coming very soon.

Q5: Which scenario should I choose, Manibus (PvE) or Evolution's Call (PvP)?
A5: To make things simple for new players, Manibus (PvE) and Evolution's Call (PvP) will be similar at launch, with basically the same rules, content, and story. The main differences are as follows.
1. Manibus (PvE) does not include any PvP content. You will be able to fight powerful monsters and experience open-world survival with your friends and at your own pace.
2. Evolution's Call (PvP) includes PvP content, such as Stronghold Conquest. Nearly all PvE content will also be available, so you will still be able to enjoy fighting fearsome entities.
Rewards in both scenarios are the same. You should choose your scenario based on whether or not you want to take part in PvP content.


Q6: Will I lose all my rewards and items when a season ends? If not, which items will I keep?
A6: At the end of a season, you get to keep important resources like Blueprints, Cosmetics, Furniture Formulas, and Weapon Accessories.
However, common resources, weapons, and items will be transferred to your personal domain, Eternaland, to maintain fairness. Some resources in Eternaland can be carried over to a new season, while others can be used to construct your personal domain.
Eternaland offers freedom for customization, and we plan to add more features to encourage user-generated content. You can design Eternaland as you like and invite friends to join in the fun.

2. System Requirements and Installation
Q1. What languages does Once Human currently support?
A1: At launch, the PC version of Once Human is available in English, German, French, Japanese, Korean, and Traditional Chinese. We plan to add Russian and Spanish in September, and aim to support more languages in the future. Stay tuned for updates!

Q2: What are the minimum and recommended system requirements?
A2: The following requirements are a reference for playing Once Human at 1080p.

Q3: Why does Once Human require so much storage space and RAM?
A3: Once Human offers a high-quality audiovisual experience. This requires a large amount of storage space for HD images, textures, sound effects, and map files. Additionally, as an MMO survival game, we aim to render long viewing distances so that players can see structures in the world as far as possible. We are continuously working to optimize the game for the best possible experience. Thank you for your understanding.


Q4: Why can't I change the install location of Loading Bay?
A4: While trying to change Loading Bay's install location, you may receive no response when you click the Browse button. If this occurs, try deleting all Once Human and Loading Bay files from your device, then download and install them again.
If you have not previously installed Loading Bay, and receive no response when you click the Browse button to change the install location, then please contact us via the Customer Service channel in the Feedback section on our Discord server

Note: We are planning to release an update that will allow you to migrate the game files to a new location in the future. Stay tuned for more information!

Q5: The language I chose when installing Loading Bay is not available in Once Human. How do I fix this?
A5: When you install Loading Bay, you are asked to select a language for the launcher. However, Once Human has separate language settings available inside the game. We are working on adding more supported languages. Thank you for your understanding.

Q6: Why can't I switch to a different Loading Bay account?
A6:If you wish to switch to a different game account, you must first log out of your current Loading Bay account, then log in using your new account. We will continue to optimize account features to make it easier to switch accounts in the future.

Q7: When I click the Download button, nothing happens. How do I fix this?
A7: Check if you are using a VPN. If so, disable the VPN, then restart the client and re-download Once Human.

Q8: What should I do if the game fails to download or install?
A8: Check if your network connection is stable and that your device meets the minimum requirements. Try restarting the client or deleting all game files, then reinstall Once Human. If the issue persists, contact Customer Service in the Feedback section on our Discord server.
Tip: Before installing Once Human, check if you have sufficient storage space on the installation drive to avoid any problems with installing the game.

Q9: I get a low frame rate when playing Once Human. What should I do?
A9: Try reducing the game's graphics settings to increase the frame rate. For instance,
a) Lower the resolution.
b) Lower special effects or texture quality.
c) Lower the rendering quality or other settings.
You can find these settings by pressing [ESC] → [Settings] → [Graphics] → [Performance].

Q10: My device exceeds Once Human's minimum system requirements. Why am I still getting slow performance in the game?
A10: Even if your device exceeds Once Human's minimum system requirements, slow performance could result from several factors. Try reducing graphics settings such as texture quality to improve the game's performance.
If you encounter slowdown during your playthrough, report it to our Customer Service in the Feedback section on our Discord server.

Q11: The game keeps crashing. How do I fix it?
A11: If the game keeps crashing or if you encounter any graphical errors, try updating your drivers or repairing the game client. If the issue persists, go to Customer Service in the Feedback section on our Discord server, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Certain controllers, such as pedals and gearbox controls for driving games, or joysticks for flying games, may cause compatibility errors with Once Human. If you have any such controllers attached, try disconnecting them.

Q12: How do I give feedback if I encounter any problems?
A12: Visit https://discord.gg/ryyy9GtP to join our official Discord server, then send your feedback to our Customer Service in the Feedback section on our Discord server.

Q13. Will Once Human support DLSS at launch?

Once Human does not support DLSS at launch due to the ongoing optimization and integration of certain features. However, DirectX 12 is supported, although it might result in a slight frame drop compared to DirectX 11.

Q14. Will Once Human support controllers and Steam Deck at launch?

Due to ongoing technical adjustments, Once Human does not support controllers and Steam Deck at launch. Our development team is actively working on changes to bring controller support as soon as possible. We expect to complete this by August.


3. In-game Rewards
Q1: Will there be any launch rewards for the official release?
A1: In celebration of Once Human making it to the top five on Steam's Global Top Wishlist, all players will receive milestone rewards.

Q2: How do I claim my rewards for participating in the CBT?
A2: Lightforge Medals will be delivered to the mailbox of your first character. Other rewards, such as Cosmetics and Avatars, will be sent to the email address you provided as Redemption Codes. You can then redeem these codes in the game.
Note: Lightforge Medals can only be redeemed to the same account used during the CBT. If you encounter any issues, contact us via the in-game Customer Service.

Q4: What free cosmetics and rewards are available during the launch period?
A4: You can obtain all weapons and gear in the game for free. Additionally, you can unlock over 700 rewards as you explore the expansive 256 square kilometers open world. These rewards include 400 unique weapons and weapon accessories, 200 building modules, 100 armor types, and numerous cosmetic items. Stay tuned for the latest events and announcements for more details.

4. For Veteran Players
Q1: I lost my Redemption Code from Steam Next Fest. Can I recover it or receive a new one?
A1: No, we are unable to re-send Redemption Codes.

Q2: I have an existing installation of Once Human. Do I need to delete it before downloading the official release?
A2: Yes, you will need to delete previous game versions and launchers and re-download the game.


Other
Q: How do I report rule violations by other players? How do I appeal if I've been falsely reported by other players?
A: You can report cheating or other violations on our official Discord server. Visit https://discord.gg/oncehuman and join our Discord server, then file the report using the Anti-cheat Bot.
After joining our Discord server, click the [Show Member List] button in the top right corner, click [Anti-cheat Bot], and send a direct message to file the report.
Provide as much information as possible to help us verify and address the issue quickly.

Greeting folks,

Today we're rolling out Hotfix 5.1.1, addressing a number of issues that have come to light since the launch of Patch 5.1, as well as some additional balancing.

Here's what we've got for you today:


General:
  • Fixed an issue where vassals did not provide income after reloading a save. Vassals will now correctly provide income as intended.
  • Fixed an issue where some unit faction colours were too dark, resulting in their base materials not rendering correctly. Notably affecting empire units.
  • Fixed rendering issues with Empire Outriders' guns which would result in either not rendering the gun or textures appearing weirdly.
  • Fixed an issue where Eldred's Guard weren't using the correct colours.
  • Fixed UI issue where Tower of Zharr district completions effects were missing.
  • Fixed lag in matchmade lobbies, and inability to change spell lores after locking in factions.
  • Increased the Stegadon armour piercing missile damage from 150 to 350, as originally intended.
  • Fixed Legendary Heroes not spawning if your faction capital is besieged, causing you to lose them in a given campaign.
  • Fixed required resource bar in Chaos Gifts panel showing incorrect state.
  • Fixed various character skills that were hidden from certain characters due to being overlapped by other skills.
  • Updated Arkhan the Black's lord select movie to include eye VFX.
  • Fixed an issue where Boris Todbringer was missing some skills in his skill tree.
  • Fixed a number of effects meant to apply to all Nurgle marked units not applying to Bile Trolls units.
  • Fixed an issue with the unique Dwarf Lord Mikael Leadstrong where his unit card would not display correctly.
  • Fixed Cursed Yhetee Jawbone item not modifying armour piercing missile damage.
  • Fixed the timer tooltip in Conquest battle mode showing the wrong winner/loser when the timer runs out.
  • In Realm of Chaos campaign, fixed an issue where armies would teleport if they marched over a Teleport Locus while retreating from a battle in the Tzeentch realm.
  • Removed the Mentor skill from the Legendary Heroes that had it. This was misleading in most cases where other Heroes gained experienced (e.g. Saytang the Watcher would give experience to Gate Master Heroes) and in some cases, there would be no characters to give experience to. This now makes it consistent across all Legendary Heroes, as some did not have this skill.
  • Fixed the counter on Book of Nagash showing the wrong values in multiplayer.
  • Fixed slight hang when opening multiplayer campaigns or battles if the player had a lot of multiplayer saves.
  • Fixed settlement label showing temporarily in between pre- and post-battle when autoresolving.
  • Moved the button to swap between lores to the left hand side of the spell UI to give more space to the overcast toggle button.
  • The Empire technology "Protection of the Patriarch" now also applies the ward save bonus to Battle Wizards that are part of garrisons.
  • The Wood Elf technology "Hukon, the Sunderer" now also affects the Enigmas of Ghyran (Zoats) Regiment of Renown unit.
  • The Altdorf College of Forbidden Magic and Altdorf Conclave of Forbidden Magic buildings for Vampire Counts now provide recruitment of the Mortis Engine and Terrorgheist units.
  • Fixed the growth element on horde armies disappearing when selecting a hero inside that army.
  • Improved the visuals of the Chaos Warhounds 2D porthole image.
  • Fixed path of glory contact effects showing placeholder text instead of the correct contact tooltip.
  • Fixed plague immunity icon on settlements not updating its tooltip on turn start.
  • Fixed issue where selecting Gotrek after Felix would make the empty rune slots disappear on Gotrek.
  • Fixed events showing in Mortuary Cult and Forge panels after crafting an item, causing the panel to disappear until the event was dismissed. Events will now only pop after the panel is closed by the player.
  • Fixed an issue in multiplayer campaigns where upon completing the mission to gain Karanak, the dilemma would appear for players rather than just the player completing the mission.
  • Character type restrictions on ancillaries and magic items tooltip now always show, instead of only showing when trying to equip on an invalid type. (When valid, the text will show yellow instead of red.)
  • Unit upgrades, such as the Wood Elf Aspect Upgrades, are now displayed in a consistent order.
  • The enemy Skaven undercities UI panel no longer goes offscreen when there are multiple entries.
  • Shadowy Dealings will now no longer discover your own Skaven undercities.
  • Cost requirements will now no longer show on horde buildings you have already constructed.
  • The "Warpstone Detonation" ability for Doom Flayer characters in Ikits Workshop no longer erroneously blasts targets with the "kill_self" phase from the Warpstone Detonation army ability, causing the user to instantly die.
  • Fixed a material error for Malekith on Seraphon that caused invisible wings.
  • Fixed a material error on the Knights of the Blazing Sun's shields.
Additional balancing:
  • Karanak:
    • Prey Of The Blood God
      • Damage per tick: 67 -> 33
      • Max number of uses: infinite -> 3
      • Karanak was intended to get roughly the effect of a spirit leech alongside his net. Currently his damage per tick is identical spirit leech but it lasts twice as long, we've normalized this.
  • Deepwood Scouts (Swiftshiver Shards):
    • Range 180 -> 155
    • Calibration distance 120 -> 100
    • At identical range to the regular deepwood scout arrows, swiftshiver shards outcompeted the regular arrows in every way, we're pushing this back a little to the midway point between the old and new value.
  • Warshrine of Tzeentch:
    • Giver of Arcane Glory:
      • Reserve winds generated per second at maximum intensity: 0.2 -> 0.15
      • Winds regeneration and reserve bonus only applies to the shrine itself. (No longer multiplies the bonuses to winds based on the number of nearby units.)
      • Mastery bonus still applies to all nearby allies.
      • While the dark gods are fickle, the gameplan we saw of players obliterating their own units with vortexes to kickstart an ultra rapid infinite mana engine wasn't quite intended. The intention is that your shrine itself is a generator that gets powered up by nearby deaths, not that nearby units become generators themselves, multiplying the payoff many times over. Keep your wizards close, and your forces close but not that close.
Modding:
  • Generated new up to date scripting documentation for modders including model hierarchy documentation. This can be found by heading to the Steam folder on your PC and navigating to 'steamapps\common\Total War WARHAMMER III\assembly_kit\documentation\script\script'.


Alongside the above points, we are temporarily removing the ‘Bordeleaux Landing’ map in order to make some improvements. In Patch 5.1.0 we added a number of new maps originating from some of those made by our top community map creators, and after discussion with the original creator of this map, we agreed that it was badly implemented on our part. Our aim is to bring Bordeleaux Landing back in line with the creator’s original vision, and look forward to re-introducing it in a future update. After a year and a half in Early Access, the full version of our game is finally ready to be released.

“Frontier Hunter: Erza's Wheel of Fortune” is a Metroidvania-style JRPG with extensive exploration and development elements. Each monster in the game has its own monster core, which can be installed on weapons and armor for significant performance boosts. Additionally, the game features a smooth combat action system.

Following our final major update, we have created a lot of new content, allowing us to complete the game’s story. The total playtime to finish the game will now be around 35 hours.

We will also be releasing the final costume DLC simultaneously, which includes 9 outfits and 3 hairstyles.
