UPDATE 0.0.3.593 introduced a bug where tornadoes are picking up players on foot from very very far away.

HOTFIX 0.0.3.594 is fixing this single bug !

Tornadoes are still more dangerous on foot than before 0.0.3.593, but at least now you can watch, take pictures and report tornadoes from a safe distance again !

A brand new version of Muffin Fight is starting to deploy across all platforms. What's new in this version you may ask? It is primarily a stability fix for both Oculus-Link and WMR, but includes a set of brand new hoops for practice in the social space!

Hey everyone, the patch notes for this are for all changes between the last patch 1.1.08 and this one.


Console patches have been submitted for approval (time to go live depending on console, PS and Xbox early next week, Switch late next week) and include everything between 1.1.00 up to 1.1.08 only. For consoles, this patch onwards will be included in 1.2.00.



Bugs Fixed

• Fixed stones blocking walkable area (near Brams)
  
• Removed offensive name from randomly generated name list
  
• Events and cutscenes properly clear area of trees and other objects before starting
  
• Your items placed in areas where cutscenes or events took place should be properly restored on event exit

Gameplay

• 2 player co-op mode now offers card selection to second player, except for first choice which is between Petrichor and One More Hour as it affects both players.

• Disable click anywhere on letter to close on letter so as not to confuse taking attachment (until I figure out a way to get the attachment icon registered as a button)

• SIlkworm farm, beehive and pixie shrine in the community gates can be stolen once the gates are unlocked.(new saves only from this patch onwards)
  
• Added fruit honey press to community gated area near Cids (new saves only)

Balance

• Golden rope chances to spawn are now 3% for normal, 5% for silk, and 15% for alpaca wool in the modern machine.
  
• On rainy days, shells and shrooms are more plentiful (increases benefits of petrichor card)
  
• Reduced chances to rain in Autumn/Spring
  
• Swapped around crafting ingredients for super and awesome fishing rods (was mixed up)
  
• Fruit Honey press ingredients - silk rope 5 > 3
  
• Tapping Kit - Wood 20 > Wood: 15

Hey everyone!

I know this is a long announcement so feel free to skip to the bottom but READ THE BOLD.

I've been looking into improving PieClicker a lot recently, including changes that would finally enable the Steam overlay in more capacity. Another thing I really want to do is add Linux support since Windows 10 support will be ending in 2025.

The underlying technology PieClicker was built on is great and works decently for Windows, unfortunately that's just not what I need anymore. In order to move forward and preserve all the game save files you guys have made, I've pushed out an update that will start to integrate a new file save system.

I fully plan on supporting all features in future Windows and Linux compatible versions. So you'll still be able to get Steam achievements. :)

In order to make sure your save gets preserved in the transfer make sure you open the game at least once in the next 6 months. That's it. All you need to do is make sure you open the game and let the main menu load. Then you should be good!

One more slightly technical detail, due to the location the new save files are stored in, cloud syncs might take slightly longer than usual.

To repeat: If you don't want your save data deleted all you need to do is open the game until the main menu loads ONCE in the next 6 months.
