Hello everybody, and let me start off by apologizing to everyone that was looking forward to the full release.
After reviewing sales for the Summer Event, and really digging deep into the best time to release, we have decided not to release today as intended before. Steamworks has advised not just us, but all indie game developers to delay their releases because of the sale.
The lack of exposure and poor release times can sink a game, and I'd love for everyone to get a shot at playing Azarine Heart. We will be delaying the release for a few days, and release on July 19th officially. This will give us enough time to wait for the summer sale to finish and let us do any more bug fixing and playtesting that might be required to make sure this launch is as smooth as possible.
For anyone that hasn't seen it: we are also doing an official dubbed playthrough of the game, and will be adding some voices to the game itself to celebrate the full release. More details can be found at the game's Twitter page!
In the last update, I created the Forest of the World Tree, which housed a method of teleporting across the world.
Now, in this update, I have expanded upon the questline for Ulia hinted at back in update V1.3. If you’ve progressed the questline up to that point, then you’ll want to head back to the Wisps’ Grove (which is through the Nightforest).
So what’s in this new update?
A New Class
The Apprentice of Nature has been teased at for quite a while if you’ve been paying close attention to the Ulia questline, so without much spoilers, this class now becomes accessible after some... exploring...
New Spells for Apprentices of Air and Nature
Added in V1.4 was the Apprentice of Air, but no spells were added for it. In this update, I’ve added a dozen new spells for both the Air and Nature Apprentices. These spells can be unlocked back at the Home Base.
Explore the Mist Lake, a place of Illusions
The Mist Lake is artistically themed after the Nightforest, but with additional mystery to make it truly feel like the lake is mysterious, eerie, calming.
Watch out for Traps
No enemies exist to fight here, instead, be on sharp lookout for various traps hidden throughout the land. Coming near them invokes some... interesting effects. I won’t spoil what can happen when you come near, just know they will do something... interesting.

Please note that in the BETA version of the game, items you receive cannot be traded until the official release due to Steam's policies. However, you get a head start on collecting rare items for the full launch.
optimised constant cpu usage by lowering the frequency the game checks if you can interact with things like doors ( things that cause the interact dot to show up when you can interact with something ). I lowered the frequency from every 0.1 secs to every 0.2 secs.
improved the effectiveness of saving and loading options.
fixed the bug where the camera smoothness option didn't show you which one you had selected.

- Map Voting added; + At the end of a match, the option to vote with !map1 or !map2 is an option in chat.
- Tower Heights; + Tower heights now affect range with a 10% and 20% boost.

The Eastern Euro Comp is complete! There were so many absolutely amazing entires, and here are my personal favourites. As with all the comp events, I played through every single entry and there was so much cool stuff to see. This was a really good event I hope everyone enjoyed it! I highly recommend going on the Steam Workshop and having a look at the entries yourself too.
There are still so many other maps that deserve a shout-out, so I highly recommend having a play of a bunch of maps from the comp yourself too. There were 79 total maps submitted, and thank you so much to everyone who took part!
Features in this update
This update also includes a few features too, and these are:
You can now rotate bounds boxes! They are no longer locked to 90 degree angles:
The bulk move tool can now copy-paste! This works between different save files, so you can copy a group of props in one map, then load a different map and paste it:
Fixed issue where wires (both power lines and electrical circuits) did not move correctly when using the bulk move tool.
Fixed snapping issues with bounds boxes when they are scaled quite small.
You can now exit transform edit mode by pressing Escape (as well as pressing F as usual).
