The demo has been updated. I've made it more logical and obvious of what you should do to get started more easily. However, this is still a surfing game, and will stay true to surfing simulation. Any game like this, skating, skiing, other surfing games will be a new experience, and there are no standard control scheme templates that will be familiar straight away. So it will take some learning. I've got the surfing down to about 5 minutes to learn to catch a wave and surf. If you can suggest how to reduce this time without ruining it for surfers then chime in, send me a message and let me know what you suggest.
I've been getting testers but still need more. If you want the full version for free I will be giving away keys to many people that post 20 minutes of game play.
Steam now has a new feature that allows you to record and save game play. It's called Game Recording and it's in Beta. It records in the background while you play and then you get the recording and send it to me or post it. If you are interested I made a video on how to set it up. How To Set Up Steam Game Recording Use it to record 20 minutes of game play and send me the video or post of the video and I will send you a key to the full version. I have quite a few keys available for this purpose so let me know right away if you are interested or just do it, record and send it to me at ed@searchforsurf.com
