It has been exactly one year since the release of SlavicPunk: Oldtimer on PC platforms, and the development team at Red Square Games has decided to celebrate this anniversary by publishing a very important update for the game. This update addresses issues reported by the players and also includes a significant enhancement: the game engine has been upgraded from Unreal Engine 4 to version 5.3. This upgrade has improved the quality of the project and will enable further development of this Slavic universe.
As a team, we are hopeful that this update will breathe new life into the game, generate stronger interest from the gaming community, and lead to a reassessment of the product with an increase in positive reviews. We have put a lot of work into this project and want players to see us as developers who do not abandon their work but are committed to its future growth.
In addition to the game update, which will be released on June 27, 2024, we have another surprise: the game will be available for purchase on Steam at a 60% discounted price.
Important information:
We regret to inform you that due to the engine update and work on the save system, it will not be possible to load existing game progress from saved files. Unfortunately, the updated technologies require starting the game anew.
We understand that this may be frustrating and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we want to assure you that these changes are necessary to improve performance, stability, and add new features that will ultimately enrich the gaming experience.
We thank you in advance for your understanding and support in this matter.

It's been 2 years since our last update post. Wow.
We've always known that Poppers was a game brimming with potential, however the realities of the whole development team having day-jobs that have been pretty full-on these last few years meant that Party Poppers had taken a backseat -- and we didn't want to rush it out the door unfinished.
But we're back! We've been working hard in 2024 to polish the game, get the game modes we wanted in, and added a few quality of life features along the way. Check out the new trailer!
Party Poppers finally shows that it is a popper proper evolution of the "Party" series, building upon lessons learned in Party Golf and Party Crashers. There is much more of a focus on simple modifications through the mutators screen, which can now be "locked on" across the variety of different modes. Descriptions are clearer, visible in the scoreboard and pause menu, and the 2D graphics are so much more polished now than our previous titles (with 4K support too!).
We've added AI so that you can give the game a crack when your friends aren't around. They're better than some of the developers in some modes!
The team have worked hard on filling out all the game modes, curating the mutators, and squashing as many bugs as possible. The game also should now run at a smooth frame rate without slowing down over time.
The game features are the same on PS5 and Steam (minus controller sounds).
We hope you enjoy the update. We plan on launching on Switch later in the year, and any fixes to that will filter on through to Steam too.
