Hey all, welcome to this week's (late) progress report (it's still the 21st somewhere, right?).
Level: Finished the research for our grass system. Worked on level design tools for easier placement of details and props. Continuing to work on flora models for the game. Continued work on Yterra blockout, started to work on foliage in the region and replaced the shipwreck blockout. Continued work on AlphaCamp blockout and working on a modular system for buildings.
Code: Upgraded engine to version 5.4. Started work on combat AI. Added the ability to change various sky-related settings in the sandbox. Started work on a system that will let you transfer characters between various states (NPC, Pose and Sex Scene).
Character: Completed models and textures for Tahani - one of Gulhragg’s wives and Kylee - a warrior villager. Started a model update for Rawn to bring his textures and details more in line with current characters. Prof. Uruk’s outfit is almost finished.
Animations: Continued work on combat animations in collaboration with game design. After having finished the move-set for Maya's default spear, we are now focussing on extending and improving the move-set for the "Hopper" creature. Researching improved mocap cleanup methods.
Design: Finished Design for Combat AI and Combat AI Editor. Started planning and reference gathering for combat effects. Currently working on moveset designs for the different weapon types and monsters. Iterated Apoc quests and dialogues.

Hello, Frostrain loving conductors around the world! It's been a while, how have you been? It's been almost two months since we announced that we were launching a new update, and a lot has happened. Today we'd like to talk about.
New languages added
We've added new languages! Here are the new languages we've added
- German - Chinese (Simplified) - Chinese (Traditional) - French - Brazilian Portuguese - Ukrainian - Hungarian - Japanese
We apologize for the long wait and the late update. We had a lot of help from a lot of people, and thanks to them, we were able to make the update happen. Now you can start your journey to the promised land without language barriers!
Usability improvements
We've improved something that many of you have been complaining about.
- You can now skip the "Department of Press" rant at the start of the game. That was a lot of words, we apologize.
Bug fixes
We've also fixed some other minor bugs.
What's next
A lot has happened in the last two months. We tried to add a lot of features, and we even tried to introduce a new system, but the internal structure was much more complicated than we thought it would be, and unfortunately it didn't turn out to be successful.
However, we were too disappointed to give up on the project, so after a series of internal team meetings, we came to one conclusion: let's make a new one.
That's right, we're planning a sequel. We hope to bring you Frostrain 2 with all the exciting elements we originally wanted to include.
Unfortunately, as we've been saying all along, we all have day jobs, so it's going to be a very long development period, but we're going to keep working on it once a week and slowly but surely bring it to you.
We don't know how long this will take, because as you know, there are a lot of variables that come into play during a long development period. It could take two or three years, it could take ten years, or it could even stop halfway through. But we'll work as diligently as we can, because we're as passionate about the game as you are.

This is a light card-building roguelike game with a theme of superheroes and tight-fitting suits.
Here are the game features: ◇ Gameplay Choose the stage (heroine) you want to conquer and strengthen your deck within the limited time while exploring the stage. Defeat the heroine of the stage at the end of the exploration.
◇ Game Feature 1 – Rogue-like Card Battles Build your deck, conquer various angels, and gain their powers! Use their powers and abilities to strengthen your deck and face the final showdown!
◇ Game Feature 2 – Pure Love/Corruption Routes Each heroine has a pure love and a corruption route, which will be influenced by how you conquer the stage. Whether to use pure love or aggressive methods to influence/treat the heroine is up to you!
◇ Game Feature 3 – 26 basic event CGs, 34 events, full dynamic & fully voiced performances.
In addition— We have divided the difficulty into normal mode and hard mode. Normal mode allows players who like to experience the story to understand the game rules and clear it. If it becomes too difficult, there is an automatic victory button mechanism after a defeat.
A major update to ROBO OH is underway, starting today !

● ROBO OH 3.0 was first previewed as a side event of EVO Japan 2024 !

Try using Hyper Duo in a variety of modes !

Fighting Mechanics
● Impact freeze has been reduced for most multiple-hit attacks and attacks during Hyperdrive● Body collision has been removed when one character is grounded and the other is airborne● Jumping height has been reduced by various amounts for all characters● The period which Hyperdrive or Hyper Duo can be used after a projectile impact has been expanded● The first input of a Super attack can now include holding down, and Super input is no longer reset when pressing backwards or light attack
Character Changes
● RINGKING: New Jumping Light Attack and Jumping Heavy Attack. Crouching Heavy Attack now has an extended hurtbox. Standing Heavy Attack, and Crouching Heavy Attack as part of a target combo, now have forward movement. Standing Heavy Attack has increased hitstun, blockstun, and damage. All Dashing special attacks have increased start up and reduced forward movement. Light Dashing Straight and Light Dashing Upper have reduced damage. Heavy and Overdrive Dashing Sweep, and Heavy and Overdrive Dashing Straight have increased damage● MEGASTAR: New Jumping Light Attack and Jumping Heavy Attack. Standing Heavy Attack has increased damage, forward movement, and more hits. Crouching Heavy Attack has more hits. Command Heavy Attack has more blockstun, damage, and hits.
