The Windowâs game version is currently going through certification. Any client patch released on Console/Windows has to go through a certification process from the platform holder to make sure the game is compliant with platform requirements. We apologize for the disruption and expect we will set it live early next week. In the interim, we have disabled autodecay on structures and dinos in order to prevent further loss for affected players.
Weâre planning to release balance changes to the Moonpool (big side) in North Ice Cave on The Center by the end of next week. The Moonpool has been slightly expanded, and slopes have been added. We understand how impactful small changes like this can be so weâll monitor and make further adjustments if needed. Please note that some structures on the edge of the Moonpool may be destroyed but weâve seen minimal impact in our test cases.
Conquest Servers
Transfers have opened on Conquest servers, introduced to ARK: Survival Ascended by Snail Games, allowing players to move characters, creatures and items between servers on the Conquest network.

I'm excited to share a new update for District Panic! Hereâs whatâs new:
New Additions: Z2 Upgrades: Added new upgrades to the inventory with three new items you can use while leveling up:
- Z2 Terminator Mode: This upgrade is locked to the character Clawmark.
- Z2 Healer Bot: Usable by all characters.
- Z2 Turret Mode: This upgrade is locked to the character Cyclone.

Bug Fixes: Fixed getting stuck in the upgrade menu when leveling up quickly. Resolved issues with getting stuck in the upgrade menu when using an auto-clicker (this one was fun!). Various performance improvements. Updated music player behavior to prevent accidental UI interactions and added the ability to close it using the ESC key.

This weeks update finally opens the Gates of Despair⌠Beyond the gates are 50 more challenge levels. Each run pulls randomly from all 5 previous areas. The challenge starts building more and more, so as you advance, youâll need to get increasingly broken in your build to survive.
And to that end, Iâve introduced a new rarity of item: Heroic, and designed 26 new items for this tier. These items are very rare, more rare than Legendary items, and they only start dropping beyond the Gates of Despair. These items are my take on âSet Itemsâ. What I donât like about Set Items from others games, is that they end up as the developers making your build for you. Whereâs the fun in that? So while each of the 3 items in each set are very powerful, and are meant to synergize well, there is no explicit bonus for using them together. Some builds might use all 3, others might just want one of them. Itâs all up to you.
This is my first stab at end-game content. Getting the balance right on all of this is hard, Iâm sure youâve had one of your builds nerfed at one point or another. Thatâs not exactly fun, for you or for me, but my long term goal with this game is to make it as deep and fun as possible, and that unfortunately does require some balancing.
If you feel the Gates of Despair is too hard, or too easy, or some item is overpowered or underpowered, please let me know.
Your feedback is my compass in this wilderness. I suspect that with this new level of challenge, a lot of items will prove to be too weak, and might need some buffs.

Bugs - Witch Trials map no longer shows at the end of runs in place of the regular map
Balance - Each area no longer enforces a specific progression, you can tackle the levels in any order you wish - The entrance fee for each area has been substantially increased - Removed the gated doors from the Forge, Craftsman, and Alchemist in the Refuge - The Intro section now leads to the Coffers or Cemetery, instead of the Sanguinary or Cemetery - Lowered Coin scaling amounts in later areas - Increased the Coins you get from the Coffers - Improved the potential rewards for looting graves in the Cemetery
This patch is on the beta branch only since it may have some changes that break the current default branch build. I'm not sure, just haven't tested it.

Tweaked the appearance and feel of the action bar. It should feel more fun and responsive now. Will probably play with the colors more in the future. Considering losing the pixelated style for UI.
