Patch released to repair the following issues:

• Block 5/level 5 bullets not deleting upon completion.
  
• Block 3/Level 3 boss bullet error.
  
• Uncommon; Input not being registered on the continue screen.

This week we've added some great quality of life improvements to the game, and we've released a new demo update so you can try them out!

• Added the offset feature to more components to provide flexibility with component placement and input order.
  
  • Alternator - Changing the offset will change the initial output used. Changing it while the board is running will immediately change the next output.
    
  • Four Way Alternator - Similar to the Alternator, the initial/next output will be changed.
    
  • Router - Offsets the count that determines when a packet is routed. E.g. if a router is configured to route every 4 packets, and the offset is set to 2, then the router will initially route after 2 packets then every 4 packets thereafter. This offset also applies both to the initial count and the current count while the board is running.
    
  • Timed Splitter - Offsets the timing in 1/4 note increments. E.g. an offset of 1 will split and switch outputs 1/4 note into a measure instead of at the start of the measure.
• Tutorials have been updated to include the offset feature and be overall easier to follow.
  
• Updated controller binding defaults for Steam Input. Controls are more consistent between game and menu, and controllers now use Steam mouse emulation by default.
  
• Updated default UI scaling and improved text formatting for dialogs and descriptions to make them easier to read.
  
• Added instrument volume to settings and tweaked all audio levels.
  
• Linux/Steam Deck now uses hardware cursor by default.
  
• Settings layout updated to fit lower resolutions screens.

This patch is another one in the series of minor patches we could quickly do to mitigate slightly some performance issues. We know most of you are waiting patiently for the big performance patch: it's on his way!

• Optimizations on environment assets, better impostors & lods for trees in the distance
  
• LOD & Impostors ratio tweaking

• Fixed a nasty exception causing strange random behaviours in the game

• Changes and Updates:
  • Resolved an issue with Star Queue where the daily time is not resetting properly for some players.
    • For players who weren't able to reset the daily time yesterday on June 13th, please note that it won't be reset after the maintenance. Due to this, we will add 5 hours to the total combined time for users who were affected by the maintenance next Thursday.
  • Resolved an issue with trading items that have used Platinum Scissors of Karma.
  • Resolved an issue with Spirit of Serenity Mount where it would disappear from inventory upon relogging.

The Cats Love Boxes update is rolling out today on Steam! ːfofino2ː

We've done our best to create a fun experience for those who aren't familiar with Sokoban. This update brings a new Casual Mode to the game with a more straightforward approach than the original mode. Purrfect for those who want a leisurely adventure with Fofiño and Lily! ːfofinoː



We hope this will be the push you need to get out of your box and back into Cats Love Boxes! We also made some adjustments to levels in Normal Difficulty to make them more enjoyable.
