The first Community Update of 2024 has arrived, bringing with it new content, quality of life improvements, and bug fixes. Dive into the latest changes and discover what's new!

These new maps have been finely crafted by our team to grant new exciting ways to battle in camps, towers, hamlets and villages. This addition will provide you with new combat environments, from existing locations, but also new tactical possibilities! With bigger obstacles, battles in these places will require you to adapt to new strategies.

You will be able to find these new battle maps in the following locations:

• Towers
  
• Camps
  
• Hamlets
  
• Villages

In addition to the new battle maps, new deadly (and not so deadly) traps have also been added! Some of them have a unique interactions and are only found in specific locations. These additions will offer new opportunities to turn a fight in your favour!

• Powder Keg
  When destroyed, it will create a fire surface around itself while damaging and knocking back close units.
  
• Caged Plague-ridden
  Deals damage and inflict Fever to units who pass nearby or end their turn next to them.
  
• Raw Materials Pickup
  Repair a small amount or armour when used.
  
• Oils Pickup
  When used, will apply the effect of the oil on the unit’s weapon on top of any other oil for the duration of the battle.

A new start option related to Belerion with a Pugilist has been added, we didn’t want to restrict it to people that own the Pirates of Belerion DLC, that’s why this new starting option will be available for everyone!
The Pugilist is a somewhat complex class which can be tricky to handle in the hands of a new player. Which is why we have decided to lock it behind simple requirements, to ensure new players can first familiarise themselves with the basics of the game.

To unlock the new starting option you will need to have completed one of the following requirements:

• Have a level 5 (or higher) Pugilist
  
• Have unlocked a new starting region other than Tiltren
  
• Have completed the scenario of a region

• Companion list
  For players that have a large amount of companions in their troop, it can sometimes be a chore to remember which ones have had their turn, or set them up before starting in combat. Thanks to this addition, you will be able to rapidly see where everyone is at and easily select them without having to find them in the crowd. You will need to activate this option under “General>Advanced” to be able to use it.
  
• Inventory filter
  You can now filter objects with various tags to ease your navigation in the inventory.
  
• Hide backpacks
  You will now be able to hide the backpacks of your companions to better appreciate the back of their armour!

• Fixed name generator only generating male names
  
• Fixed carrying capacity for ponies after increasing their constitution
  
• Fixed several issues with UI, animations, FX

• Fixed crash/freeze during the final fight in Drombach, after reinforcements (Celestial fight)
  
• Fixed freeze and other issues with Reinforcements in different battles
  
• Fixed barrels in Gosenberg making player unable to end their turn

• Fixed Pirates Lucky charm passive
  
• Fixed Dry Yeast skill
  
• Fixed "Quick Shield Bash" passive skill being spammed

• Fixed icons in Gosemberg City disappearing after battles
  
• Fixed ropes overlapping with some cave entrances
  
• Fixed guards always sprinting into the world after an interaction with player

• Fixed Question box in Gosenberg when playing in a different language to french

• Fixed Hector Halios animation after Belerion final fight

The Isonzo roadmap is changing - just a touch. We're changing the order of the next two free map releases, meaning that snow will be traded for a stifling overcast summer day. The first map from the Solstice expansion will now be released next, expected in Q3, while the third map from the White War expansion will be released in Q4.

The first Solstice cosmetic DLC will still arrive alongside the first Solstice map, meaning it will also be launching in Q3 - expect teasers for that coming soonish! We can't wait to show off what we've been working on with the new map and visual customization options.

Isonzo is coming the Xbox Game Pass next week! This naturally includes Xbox players, but also PC players via the Microsoft Store. This is the first time Isonzo will be available on the Microsoft Store. There are some limitations on crossplay, however: people playing via the Microsoft Store will be playing together with Xbox players rather than Steam & Epic players.

Thanks for the amazing support Dimensional Animals is getting!

This patch fixed only one thing:

- There was an issue with very specific people that was breaking their saves. There's a fix for it now

There are a few known bugs that I'll be adressing later today:

• Sometimes the character fusing cutscene may bug if you spin with the duck before entering the scene
  
• One attack of the last boss may bug in some occasions

If you find more stuff to fix, please let me know by writing it down in the game community discussion, or by typing a comment here

Loan and bank system is a must when running a factory. Today I worked on a loan system and added the bank app for the full version. This will make things easier, but the repayments will be higher. And we will be able to withdraw only once from each type of loan. Hope you like it :)

We have been hard at work since launch fixing bugs reported by you, as well as a few we've found ourselves :)

Also, we were really happy to get feedback/tips on some features that needed implementing.
The game can now be paused when entering in-game menu (Note that for now this only works in single player).
We have also added options to invert X and Y look axis, as well as an option to disable camera shake.
