Welcome to the latest update of Toast the Ghost!

Over a year in the making, here's an overview of what's been added:

Character customisation
Be who you want to be. Comes with a choice of skin tones, lets you mix body, head, and hair types. Character selection saved for future plays!



Graphical improvements
A ton of changes have been made here, most notably:

• Improved level backgrounds and parallax scrolling
  
• Ghost effects and animations improved
  
• Title screen improvements
  
• New toaster effects
  
• Coloured Ghosts now look in your direction at all times
  
• On collection, Coloured Ghosts now show their love for you
  
• Player avatar matches your custom character
  
• Vines and greenery added throughout the rounds
  
• Health loss is shown when Player or White Ghosts are hit
  
• New Medal Graphics and all Steam Achievements updated

Gameplay improvements
Black and Red Label modes have a completely new scoring mechanism! Coins collected add to a score multiplier, enabling you to clock massive scores of over 1 million even on Round 1! Be aware however, getting hurt will reset the multiplier back to 0.

Lots of annoying bugs fixed

End of Game BOSS added! The Temple of Boo is guarded by the Aztec God Xolotl, the god of lightning, death, and fire. Can you defeat it?



General improvements
Improved "How to play" section. It was too wordy, and the font was hard to read. This has all been simplified and makes much more sense!

• Improved movement, making the game even more dynamic and fluid.
  
  
  
• Ladder system: from this update, players will be able to climb ladders.
  
  
  
• Gore: enemies will lose limbs during combat, adding more realism and intensity to the fights.
  
  
  
• New items to discover, enriching your in-game experience.
  
• Additionally, we are introducing the Steam Market! From now on, you will be able to sell items obtained in the game to other players.
  
• Optimization: we are implementing fixes that will make the game run smoother and more efficiently.

The update is quite large, so we need a bit more time before we can release it. We are working on it intensively, so we ask for your patience and understanding. We are sure it will be worth the wait!

• All servers have access to see the Hall of Fame of all servers that have it (S-13 and beyond)

• User inspection has been optimized and now works more smoothly.

• Player’s ID is now copiable also from settings.
  
• Added the preview with name and title of the Avatar in avatar change UI.
  
• We’ve added an option to get Avatars for gems.

• Fixed the issue with daily quest notification showing while there are no available quests.
  
• Fixed the issue with the Guild banner not changing for some players.
  
• Fixed the issue with Avatar background not updating instantly throughout the game.
  
• Fixed the issue with the Skins tab appearing for some heroes while there are no available skins.
  
• Fixed the description of the “Prophet” achievement, now it correctly states “blessings”.

• Flügelbackpfeife hat neue Animation, die sich von anderen Luftattacken abhebt.
  
• Dialog mit Wächter in der Mine bei den Goblins verbessert.

• Flügelschlag: Kraft 140 -> 150 und verursacht Luftschaden.
  
• Neue Waffen gibt es in den Läden ab Level 13 statt 15 und 22 statt 25.
  
• Neue Rüstung gibt es in den Läden ab Level 15 statt 18 und 25 statt 30.
  
• Truhe auf erster Ebene des Tannenplateau von klein auf mittel vergrößert.
  
• Schweißband: PVer 7 -> 15, MVer 7 -> 15

• Es regnet nicht mehr nach dem Schlafen im Eigenheim plötzlich rein.
  
• Nach dem Entwickeln zum Erwachsenen ist nicht mehr immer Sonnenschein.
  
• Fehler behoben, der die besonderen Pflanzen weniger nachwachsen lies, wenn man sie fand, bevor man sie ernten konnte.
  
• Fehler behoben, der es ermöglicht am Wächter in der Mine vorbei zu gehen, obwohl man nicht genug Charisma besitzt.
  
• Fehlende Namenbox von Franz bei Goblins in der Mine hinzugefügt.
  
• Neues Level Fenster nach einem Kampf verbessert, sodass bei zweistelligen Level das alte Level nicht mehr überlappt.
